Horrible food, rude employees! Will never eat here again. They ruined my order, gave me the wrong food and when brought it back they gave me the run-around! They packed my burrito full of onions! Just onions! Like who does that???

Did a catering order online for my company. They messed up the entire order and forgot to put the churros in the box. I had to go back and get the churros and an extra box they missed. I spoke to the manager and she said she is not going to give me a refund and that if I want one, I have to give her the 22 lunch boxes back. Told her to give me corporates number and told me she did not care. How do you mess up an entire order that I needed for an event and you have the audacity not to compensate for it? That’s fine. I will be reaching out to corporate and we will not be continuing business with you guys.

Wow what a horrible experience, the lady I spoke to asked me my name and I told her then I said that my order had been stolen because the door dasher said it wasn’t there, so I told her that and she told me there is nothing she can do about it and ended the call. Someone better fire her before I talk to corporate. What a terrible service she does. This lady is on Broad Street, FIRE HER, she is the worst!!!

Visited this location and was absolutely amazing with the quality of food and their service. The steak and shrimp burrito was delicious. The queso fries were amazing and the restaurant was very clean. Would definitely go bac!
I frequent a different location and the food is always great there. For the first time. I came to the Elizabeth location because my preferred location was closed. The burrito was just ok, but my main reason for actually getting Bubbakoo's is the Queso and apparently they put water in the queso here. It was just runny cheese flavored water. Also the chips were almost stale. I was so disappointed. I spent over $40 on a mediocre meal for two. This was my first and last time at this location. NEVER AGAIN!
