Not sure who owns this place.But what a failure to be open.Have your employees have to be there..... Then , even though it's unsafe , you're still taking delivery order to expect people to drive through one foot of snow..... Just unacceptable And it shows what kind of ownership and management they have.. Sometimes, money is not the most important thing.It's safety of people and your employees. Why do they care they're are using third party delivery and have no liability.That's just Not fair at all , not even for the customers who probably aren't going to get their food for hours

I got scammed. Everytime I ordered either delivery or in person they gave me the big box. This time they gave me half the size. I ordered NACHO THE WORKS. And there was barely any nachos, 10 at most. It’s called nachos for a reason. Very disappointed, everytime I order food from here I always have an item missing or get less of a portion. This isn’t chipotle stop being stingy.

I work down the street from this place and wandered inside one day just to give it a shot, and I was pleasantly surprised with the portion size, quality of the ingredients, and the very reasonable pricing of the burritos. I tried both the crema chipotle and pineapple express burritos, and both are good. Overall, I was satisfied and will probably return to try more flavors.

Do not come here I repeat do not come here they do not give you what you pay for. I ordered the hibachi steak shrimp. And they literally give me four pieces of each like I paid $16 to eat a veggie burrito. You literally don’t get what you pay for. It doesn’t make any sense. Overpriced burritos for literally no reason.
I paid for steak and shrimp and got none of it. I will never be returning here ever again.

Look, it's not my first time shopping at this fast food, the employees are friendly, and the atmosphere is normal, but I can't say the same about the food, I'm writing this right now because I placed an order and it turns out that the vegetables had mold, I don't know what they do there or how they clean the vegetables but they have to check that as soon as possible. As I come back and repeat, it's not the first time it happens to me

I ordered burritos on Uber Eats because they were doing buy one get one free. This established decided make two half burritos. These are genuinely the smallest burritos I’ve ever seen. I’ve gotten burritos from bubbakoos before so I know what size they are supposed to be. Will not be ordering from here again.

A young lady by the name of Carla, or Karla was very nasty, and very rude. I spoke to her on the phone and she hung up the phone after getting my order incorrect, my order had the ingredients listed on the receipt and still they got it wrong, one of the burritos were for my daughter she bit into it, and there was black beans in it, she doesn’t like black beans. I threw the burrito out, and brought back the one that was originally for me to the store and asked to keep mine since I threw the one my daughter bit into out, instead of receiving two burritos to take. I received one and a visit from the cops. Keep in mind this isn’t the first time this has happened hence why I called ahead of time to be reassured, and to tell them to get my order correct this time, and still I got an incorrect order, loyal customer lost.
