The food is fresh and cooked well the staff are courteous and polite seating is well placed for the space I would recommend here if you like to see your food being prepared and also you can customize some of it
I wouldn’t recommend going to this particular place. The staff is very rude, when I tried to use a coupon they didn’t know how to add the coupon so they told me they don’t know how to add it and I have to pay full price. No apologies or anything just stood looking at me. When I ask for the manager name they mumble it. They overcharge for food I go to another place and the price is lower and I order the same place. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

You have to check this spot out! I am telling you, the food quality is unreal. As soon as I found out of this place and tried their food, I can’t stop going, reasonable prices, great atmosphere, family friendly service and everything is made fast and fresh.

Sooo, the door sounds like a car rammed into it as it closes behind you. It is Super annoying. So I asked if I can have a large bowl platter in the ones that they use for nachos, she showed it to me, and she said no. Which I found soo senseless. Like why not? So then I requested a taco salad bowl, cause I want a big bowl. I ask for brown rice, black beans, lettuce and onions, and I had to ask for extra grilled chicken because she literally threw one little freaking scoop and was ready to move on to the extra toppings, so I made her reverse and add more chicken, and her reaction was as if like she still didn't want to give it to me, the second scoop was smaller than the first one. So I literally asked for another one and she did the same thing again. In my head I'm just like "what the heck lady!; I am not your son or cousin ?" So I end up Paying $16 buckaroos, almost 17 dollars for it. I thought I was more in the 10-11 dollar range. At this point I just wanted to leave, because it felt weird being there. So When I got inside my car and started to eat the food less than a minute later.... The beans are warmer than the chicken. The lettuce is dry. The rice tastes bland. At that point, I knew I got screwed ? Never again!

Food was a little bland, and they were very light on the chicken. Instead, they overfilled it with rice, which seems a little dishonest. My coworker warned me about this, but I gave it a chance. Prob won't go back again.

I didn't dine in but ordered through grubhub. With my meal I should have received sour cream and I feel like i didn't taste any of the general tso sauce that was supposed to on my burritodilla. When I called Bubbakoo's to let one of the workers how I felt about my meal I was told that someone would call me back. I never received a response.
