Bad service at Lokas cakes 😤 Apparently they have changed staff in the kitchen and the food is no longer good. Today we went to the place to eat some taquiles but they gave them to us very poorly. The taquiles had no flavor and they gave them to us completely cold 😡 I complained about the food that they had given me badly and they only said that they would put more hot sauce and of the ones they serve, don't even say why bad service with them too The lady who served us told her that an order of taquiles did not add onion to the chilaquiles and the tacos without vegetables and it turns out that she added cilantro when I complained to her, she only said no onion. They don't pay attention to that music they play at high volume I no longer recommend this place 😤 Disappointed in this place 😡
Genesis recommended the ‘tacos placeros’ to me, and they did not disappoint! The flavors were incredible, and the place itself is beautiful. We’re on vacation and stumbled upon Tortas Lokas Elizabeth¡what a gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and Karen went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Great food, amazing service, and a cozy vibe. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming experience! Thank you guys!👍🏻

Good afternoon I came on here because I was really disappointed with this restaurant. First at all, they have the worst service I have ever experienced. The food not that good at all and cold . They charged me right away a 20% on tips in my bill. I think there was a lady , I think she was the manager at that moment . She’s rude and she just care about overcharging the customers while putting tips to herself . This place also in the kitchen people are cooking with their bare hands and no using gloves . Really bad service . Don’t waste your money going there like I did .

Don't order online. Was charged twice never received order and have to wait 24hours for money to go back on card and the problem locked my card.
