I never see this parking lot full. There is always plenty parking which says a lot about the place. Considering fast foods around parking are full. I don't know how they how they stay in business. I guess they are more a drive through restaurant. I see lines sometimes. But not crazy lines. They open at 6am for business and many times I've stopped at the drive through around 610am and no one answers so I leave. Now I use their app to order figuring if the app is on they are in and they see a customer is ready. Well today I did that and they told me they are not ready for business to cancel the order. And what's with the you get to the window and they ask you to reverse and come back?

We bought the Ultimate Breakfast Platter and it was delicious. It includes 3 pancakes, 3 slices of bacon, scrambled eggs and tater tots. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I just bought a sandwich, and the woman who served me at the window was a little discriminatory in asking me to move my car a little further back. I was at the right window, but since she wanted to feel better, she ordered something rash, I backed up, and gave me the sandwich through the window that was parked before. I don't understand why she asked that; honestly, her reaction is incomprehensible.
As always, Burger King is one of the best places to get a Whopper with fries, onion rings and a Dr Pepper. I love this specific restaurant because I have beautiful memories with my family. Burger King offers high quality food unlike other franchises.👌

Why I went in Drive-thru ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant the casher tried to charge me $7.50. When I ask him why an egg and cheese on a croissant cost $7.50 he said that the price even if you don't get sausage. 🤔. I see what this is .. old boy shamming. I'm good 👍 so i went the other burger King on the other side of 1&9 at Nassau car gas station my egg and cheese on a croissant only cost me $3.79. If you come to this Burger King on s broad st and 1&9 be careful you no being shammed with cashier inflation. Here a photo of my receipt from the Burger King that charged me correctly

Please believe the reviews that inform you about the lack of professional works at this location. I just went to the drive thru, ordered small fries, small mozzarella sticks, and small chicken fries. I went back to the drive thru when I realized that I was given the wrong order. The girl at the drive thru (she's usually the same one always there) started debating with me. She said that I ordered what she gave me...I told her that I did not. Another lady came to help me, while the first girl was talking about me to another coworker. I left, thinking my son had the rest of his food but he didn't, so I went back inside to ask for the rest of the food. The girl at the drive thru started laughing out loud, as if to mock the situation. This whole situation could have been avoided if she had not taken down the wrong order. She was on her phone while working at the drive thru, maybe that is why she is making mistakes. I would like management to look into this employee....bc this isn't the first review on this person. This BB is the closest to my house and I feel very uncomfortable knowing I will have to deal with her again.
