This morning around six. I had decided, just go through the drive thru and order an iced coffee, and possibly sandwich. I was greeted by a lady through the intercom, and she asked me what I wanted. I told her to give me a second only because I had just pulled up and wasn’t sure what I wanted, the menu had so much going on. It probably wasn’t even a minute and I told her what I picked. She mumbled something, but I just ignored it, as I proceed to go through the drive up window to pay, I kindly greeted her& She immediately tells me to back up. I’m confused because she was very hostile and asked her why ? So, she said something about me, taking too long, with my order, which somehow messed up” being the first person and messing up her time” . I was the only customer in Line. No one in front or behind me. I just wanted to pay and get my stuff and leave, but she was so rude. These people take forever with the orders which is why they don’t want their monitor system knowing how slow they may be. SMH just go to Wawa up the road

Friday night I went to this restaurant, I should've asked for my $ back right after I placed my order. The young lady who took my oder over charged me for a double Whopper without onions or cheese. The receipt said a double whopper with cheese in the notes it said no cheese or onions. The food preparation dude came from the back and asked me cheese or no cheese. The Whopper had 1 pickle and very little lettuce. I sat there and ate my sandwich. I finished it. I was hungry, that was the first meal I had all day. When I was finished I asked for the manager. To show him/her my receipt. Her response was its only 42cents. So I asked her if I could have my 42cents? The service and the food was horrible. I will not ever return to this Burger King. Horrible food and service.

I am writing to express my intention to file a lawsuit against the restaurant for the food poisoning that my family and I contracted. My name is Anthony Feliciano, and I visited the restaurant at 9:00 PM to purchase food for my family and myself. Unfortunately, we experienced severe gastrointestinal distress, including vomiting and stomach cramps, within a 30-minute period. The symptoms were so severe that they caused significant discomfort and distress.
I urge the restaurant to take immediate action to address this issue. The food served there appears to be unsafe and should not be consumed. I recommend that the restaurant close its doors until it can ensure the safety of its customers.

I came exactly at 1:50 am the lady taking order saying sorry we cant take orders because our machine is down which i know everything is working fine they just wanna close early i was hungry and that wasn’t nice. Very bad cutsomer service

On my way to another part of NJ I ran into Burger King to use the restroom. The staff was so incredibly friendly. Althiugh I dont eat fast food, I was ready to buy something just to use the restroom and they said no worries it was okay. I have never seen a public restroom in a fast food restaurant this clean in my life!! I thanked them and they were again very polite. Overall the cleanest Birger King I have seen.

Never met anyone with less class and decorum than Rosa.
She should not work with the public it’s clear she hates her job. Also messed up my order, which is an honest mistake but being rude and degrading to customers isn’t.

The king wouldn’t like this.

Fresh delicious large bacon double king. Staff are polite and patient. Restaurant was clean and has good seating. Pleanty of parking. Plus king hats for the kiddos.
