I came exactly at 1:50 am the lady taking order saying sorry we cant take orders because our machine is down which i know everything is working fine they just wanna close early i was hungry and that wasn’t nice. Very bad cutsomer service

On my way to another part of NJ I ran into Burger King to use the restroom. The staff was so incredibly friendly. Althiugh I dont eat fast food, I was ready to buy something just to use the restroom and they said no worries it was okay. I have never seen a public restroom in a fast food restaurant this clean in my life!! I thanked them and they were again very polite. Overall the cleanest Birger King I have seen.

Never met anyone with less class and decorum than Rosa. She should not work with the public it’s clear she hates her job. Also messed up my order, which is an honest mistake but being rude and degrading to customers isn’t.

I thought this was the best whopper at a franchise burger King I ever had. Had another whopper in Manhattan today and it just wasn't the same as this one in Elizabeth NJ. So I thought I might let people know that they are doing something right at this location, and a lot of reviewers may just be getting mad about small stuff.
