Door says open till 10:00 after placing a mobile order about 9:15. Guy mopping the floor gives me the cut off the neck closed. Burnt my 400 points for my free double cheeseburger. Terrible store it takes mobile order somehow but it's closed before 9:30 when the door says hours till 10 p.m.

Can you tell me what page to come another time and she said no no no I was talking to the other girl because I guess they were having lunch and she didnāt like the fact that a bunch of people just rushed in to order you donāt like your job stay home people business youāre serving people And the way I see it is that the lady in all black who supposed to be a manager shouldnāt be talking to people like that. It was unacceptable. She needs to be retrained.

The most useless BK location I have ever seen. It feels like I live in a capitalist dystopia when I have to see these two places in view of each other. Same goes for the 20 Dunkins in Elizabeth. Just more locations for workers to be exploited for minimum wage.

I ordered on the app at 10:02am. I arrived at 10:09am. The lady at the counter was too busy on a call on her cell phone to acknowledge that I was even standing there. I had to say that I had a pick up order twice. She said "I don't have any orders". But didn't even see her look to see of there was a receipt waiting. Then she asked me if I ordered breakfast and I said yes. She said "it's too late for breakfast. It's lunch time." It was 10:11am at this point. Ridiculous. This location is less than a mile from my house but I will NEVER be back here again.
