It used to be one of the best Colombian burger places but they have been getting worse and worse every day. Yesterday I ordered 3 chicken burgers for delivery and the bread was dry and seemed old. The potatoes are totally old and overheated. I hope they go back to what they were before.

I love the food here, and it's the only reason I frequent this place. The service is terrible, and in this I am referring specifically to the cashier, she is too overbearing, I think she forgets that she is working in customer service.

Miss Angelica Cashier does not know how to serve, she is very despotic, I will not return, poor quality of service and even worse, expensive if you do not leave a tip of more than 15%, the cashier gets upset and does not even bother to provide good service.

Terrible dispatch, I placed an order with a combo of potatoes and when I got home they had not packed the potatoes. When I called to make the claim, LEIDY answered me with poor customer service saying that I had to go to Caliburger again with the ticket and hung up on the phone. call . It's not because of how much the potatoes cost, it's because they have to have good attention and when dispatching the order check if it is complete.

The place is really organized, clean and welcoming. The food is a different story, subpar food which was not hot when served. We got burgers and they were decent, bread was not soft. Cholado which I had been craving was so disappointing, it was watery and ice was too big. $80 spent on 4 people, and only 2 of the meals were combos. Service was good, except the fact that the person at the cash register kept disappearing probably to help out the staff but just made service a little slower.
