The place was good overall and the service was solid, but the pistachio ice cream I ordered tasted more like Kool-Aid than pistachio. Not terrible, just not what I expected.

Just left there. We got the Strawberry Short Cake Ice Cream Cake which we couldn’t find anywhere. Had it last weekend in Lavallette and it was delicious. Thank you Wilson for your polite quick service. Place was spotless too.

I was there to get ice cream and I was embarrassed being there and feeling bad for the workers, the manager has no manners, she was yelling at the workers for no reason in front of the costumers. She has no management skills whatsoever. I highly suggest to change manager.

I must say, it's have been going there for years and there is always a problem. Well and few days ago, Mitra was there and every question, concerns and how i wanted my ice cream cake made. It was done perfect. There were other salespeople that i have requested a special cake and they Never did it the way I requested it. Thank you Mitra for your Amazing help.

This is the worst Carvel that I have ever went too, the lady that served me needs to be fired because I clearly ordered vanilla ice and she gave me French vanilla and she’s claiming it’s the same thing plus I brought a birthday cake and told her where I want the name and what to write she didn’t that right either. Her attitude was terrible.
