Chava's Empanadas

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Christian and staff were incredible from the very moment they arrived. I hired Chava's for a corporate event for 150+ people and boy did they deliver. They arrived early to set up, respected the parking spaces and cleaned up as if nobody was ever there. That was just the start, the literal meat and potatoes were incredible! There's something special about having Colombian empanadas made by someone who understands that not everyone can eat the same thing. Chava's provided gluten free, vegan AND vegetarian options, which made all of the employees extremely happy. It's rare to find a food truck that can cater to that many dietary restrictions and Chava's made it work. Employees were in love with the empanadas and the choices offered, so much so that some people even snuck back in line for 2nds (and 3rds). Great experience, and I would recommend Chava's to anyone that is interested, you will NOT be disappointed! Viva Medellin!

We had this empanada truck come to our wedding venue after our reception ended and we could not be happier. Christian is very easy to communicate and coordinate with — quick responses and reliable. They showed up right on time, stayed until 1 AM, and everyone loved the empanadas and sodas. Service was fast, friendly, and personable. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them. Great food, great people, and reasonable prices.

Delicious empanadas! We had them for the first time in Binghamton, NY and I'm thrilled to find out they're actually from Jersey. I'm a very reactive celiac and these are 100% gluten free and delicious. I had the Maduros and cheese (sweet plantain) The guys on the truck were so friendly and I hope to be lucky enough to come across their truck again soon.
