I stayed at a hotel across the street and chose this Chili’s since it was within walking distance in the mall. I attempted to place a phone order and the experience was rough from the start. The first person who answered placed me on hold, came back to say the computer was not working, put me on hold again, then the call disconnected after several minutes. When I called back she apologized and transferred me, and the second person finally took my order. I was quoted twenty minutes. I arrived twenty five minutes later and still waited another ten.

While waiting there was no host at the front and a couple who came in after me stood there unsure of what to do since no one from the staff was around. The dining room felt understaffed and disorganized.

When my order was ready I headed back to my hotel to eat. The bag was missing the side of broccoli. The mac and cheese was watery and inedible. The chicken crispers were fine but tough. The fried mozzarella was decent and the lava cake was acceptable, although I originally tried to order the peanut butter pie which this location does not offer.

Overall the service was poor, the order was incomplete, and most of the food was disappointing

Came here with family in the middle of Black Friday shopping and while it was chaos and crowd outside, the chilis here was chill and pleasant. Our server Johan was fantastic and did a wonderful job at making us feel like there wasn’t complete havoc outside! Everything came quick and Johan checked in multiple times without being too invasive or overbearing as a server. The only thing was the food was a bit on extra greasy side today and our burgers were all ordered the same but came varied (rare/medium/well)

WORST service ever by waitress Emerita. She treated us with attitude that made us very uncomfortable. She NEVER came to our table unless we waved our hands with loud “excuse me”. She even does not pass by. I couldn’t find her for like 15 min. No straws before I asked, no napkins, no smiles. She’d rather chat with other waiters at bar than check her customers. And I saw complaints about her on google map review from three weeks ago. I don’t understand why she still acts like that. Based on her performance, she should be fired right away. Chili’s was my favorite but not any more

I normally love Chili's, but this location was the worst Chili's experience I've ever had. It wasn't busy at all, but it still took 10 minutes for someone to come over and take a drink order. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm and looked like it had been sitting under the heatlamp for 15 minutes. The server never returned after dropping it off, so I never had the opportunity to tell them that I was unhappy, and I never received a refill on my drink. The wings also came out with bleu cheese when I asked for ranch. At least you can pay by scanning the QR code, so I was able to get out of this place. I will not return.

MY friend and enjoyed ourselves a great deal at Chili's. Our server Pamela was AWESOME... service with a smile. My friend had her running back & forth for extra mayo & toppings. Pamela provided service with a smile & she was so friendly. Food was very good & the restaurants was great. It was a great experience.We'll be back.

We couldn’t enter the restaurant. Two staff members were at the front to greet and seat the customers. My 88 year old mom and I waited to be seated while “giving them a minute” for such a long time. It was not busy at all and there were lots of empty tables. They could tell us to pick any table rather than keeping us there waiting while they kept discussing something on the computer. Well, we left and gave our business to another restaurant in the mall.

I have been calling trying to place an order for an hour. There is no one taking my calls, no voicemail, NOTHING. The service here is inexcusable. This is not how you treat loyal and paying customers. If you are going to have someone working at a restaurant, teach them the basics of customer service. I ended up having to go in person to order my food and my order was wrong. I ordered boneless wings and they came bone in and one of my guests is not able to eat cheese, I ordered the big mouth bites without cheese and still got cheese on them. I do not recommend coming here if you would like to enjoy your meal with good service.

Our server sucks!!! didn’t came to check on us after a while when we needed something so, I lost my appetite. Never coming back here. Energy is down in this place I don’t see any smile on anybody’s working here either.

Most mismanaged restaurant I have visited.
It took well over ten minutes in an almost empty establishment for a waiter to stop by my table after I was seated. It took 35 minutes 22 seconds for my food to be brought to my table after ordering it. It took 19 minute 14 seconds for the waiter to ask me if I wanted a refill of water after the glass was empty. Throughout the visit I watch the manager walk around the restaurant never asking any one how they were doing. In fact when she did walk by tables, she looked away to avoid eye contact. Three tables were seated after me and they all recieved food way before my table.
