Johan took great care of us, friendly and cordial at all times, attentive to our requests.
The food was quite fresh and delicious. We are sorry they removed the corn in the cob from the menu, it was one of my favorite sides.

Out with the family in Elizabeth, NJ. We stopped to eat at Chili's Restaurant for dinner. First of all the service was excellent despite how busy it was and we didn't have to wait. The food I ordered was a Bacon Rancher Burger 🍔 and I will say that it was delicious and juicy. It was a good atmosphere. I personally give this Chili's 10/10, it exceeded my expectations.

Would have gave 0 starts if it was an option. I recently visited the Chili's located in Jersey Gardens Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, my party and I were excited to enjoy a meal, but we quickly became disappointed by the service.

After being seated, we waited for 25 minutes without even being offered drinks. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, we noticed several waitstaff walking by us, seemingly oblivious to our presence. It was frustrating to see other tables receive attention while we were left in limbo.

This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, especially in a well-known chain like Chili's. I have been coming to this location for over 5 years; and today 12/17 at 7pm, left with my family disappointed while the host kept looking at us and laughing.

After waiting so long with no drinks or acknowledgment, we decided to leave. It’s disappointing because we were looking forward to enjoying a meal together. I hope management addresses these issues, as this location has potential but clearly needs improvement in service and staff training. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

i genuinely don’t understand the purpose of having a hostess as well as phones if they can’t even be answered. I have called 30 times !!! to place a to-go order and not one person can pick up the phone? but then we are expected to order in person and wait 20-30 minutes for the food customer service is terrible don’t put out false advertisement saying to call this location to place a order if u can’t even answer the phone.

I've been eating here off and on for 3 years---much more off than on. Over the last year they can't make a proper salad. The quesadilla explosion salad the lettuce is warm and wilted, the cheese quesadilla is barely lukewarm. Serving size is great but food is not. And they want $20 for just this salad. Service---none----long wait to get drinks / order. Then no one came by a single time after that. Only when I got up to leave without paying yet did someone decide to bring me a check. This has been the way at this location over the last year+. Don't eat here----there's a Ruby Tuesday's across the street that is much better and cheaper to boot.

Terrible service, sat there for 15 minutes no server, wasn’t even that busy. The person that sat us down didn’t explain that there was a barcode to order. Which didn’t work. DONT GO TO THIS CHILIS. I’ve been to other chili’s, never experienced something this pathetic. This chain needs help.

Called 10 times , nobody has picked up the phone. I’m trying to do a take out order

While visiting Jersey Gardens mall we decided to have lunch at Chilis. This is the worst Chilis location I have ever been to. First off they do not participate in the rewards program so no chips for the table or 3 for me option. I have been to other chilis locations and have never had a bad experience. Not to mention it took a while for the food to come out and the place was not even that busy.

I guess it’s more my fault for not reading the reviews of this location before I sat down at the table. Miserable wait staff and slow service. I would suggest eating elsewhere

I visited this location on New Years eve store no 2JGCHI01. I am extremely dissatisfied. The waitress Emerita needs to go back to training. She got upset because I was dissatisfied with my drink and rolled her eyes in my face. Didn’t even give me a chance to ask her to change it for another drink or ask if I wanted to try something else. She took it so personal that she continued to ignore me “the client “ for the rest of the night. I called her 3xs for help and waited 30 mins as she kept raising her hand ill be right there. Meanwhile she counted receipts and had a full conversation with another employee and helped two other tables. This was my new years eve dinner. What a horrible experience. I was so embarrassed that I went here with a friend.To management Hire Quality employees not employees with Bodega experience.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We waited 45 minutes just to place an order for drinks. There were plently of staff walking around completely oblivious to our existence. The food also took so long to come out and parts of our order were missing. When we tried to use the feature offered to pay on our phones just so we can get out of there faster, there were random items on our tab. We had to wait even longer to get our servers attention. Worst experience!

Horrible service! I was there with my dad, they sat us down and never sent a waiting to assist us . After waiting 30m we left, went to Apple bees where the service was way better.

Not sure why some left negative reviews, but our experience here was wonderful - the double original burger and the guiltless steak were cooked to perfection, and the sides were well seasoned and delicious. No wait with being seated or served on an early Saturday night after Christmas. Don't be afraid to try this location and see for yourself!
