A disaster of a place, the service is terrible, the logistics is terrible, the manager is a disaster, for every thing they bring to your table they tip you 50 dollars, go to other places rather than go to this fourth class place.

Terrible attention, the manager sent us out for no reason, we went to ask what was happening and he hid, apart from that they wanted to take almost half of a bucket, they charged us for a bottle of tequila more expensive than for the hour. I don't recommend it at all.

It was a really bad time. Not doubt they are goo But!!! Are they that good, the highest place around to changed us at the door for entering and gave nothing? Are they so good enough for cover and Not even have a table to give us? Are they so good to changed us 576 American dollar for only a few 🍺 and 3 normal american restaurant dish.? ....... many arrogant people around your food!!! I will never come back again 😤 to this nasty place. Yo got what you got. many people agree on having a bad day visiting them. Just to notice.

I had a deeply disappointing experience and would not recommend this venue. It felt unprofessional and profit-driven, with a lack of regard for customer service. There are many other venues in the area that treat their guests with respect. To provide a brief example: I ordered two shots, which were served in flimsy plastic cups. One of the cups tipped over and spilled due to its instability, but despite witnessing this, the bartender refused to pour a replacement. Other patrons even encouraged her to do the right thing, but she declined. It’s a matter of principle and good service. I make a good living and would have spent so much more money because we were having a great night. I’m glad this happened bc we left and I ended up dropping ~$5k at a venue up the street to celebrate my Colombian wife’s birthday. Look elsewhere it’s not worth it unless you’re into ghetto venues with horrible service.

I always come here but last night They tried charging me for two drinks of Hennessy and Red Bull 50 bucks 😑 like really ??? Hennessy . I didn’t know it was made out of gold 😒 thank god it was my drink of the night and I was able to catch that they charge me for three Red Bulls in two shots when they only gave me two small cups
The welcome is a stamp on the wrist as if you have just left the model 🙆🏻♂️

I came from Rochaway, I didn't like it at all, my partner ordered a drink and I couldn't manage to drink it. The smoke was horrible and very strong. I left with a headache. I paid 10 dollars to enter. They ask for ID. They search you as if you were going to enter the happiest thing in the area. and nothing to see
