Cinnabon pastries are good as usual but wow the employees are a different story. Need to be trained or replaced. Bad attitude and lazy. One dropped my order on the glass counter. Other Cinnabon locations I've been to, were operated well.

At first I was a little skeptical about going to Cinnabon due to my last experience at a different location but I am very glad that I went to this location instead. When i wanted to buy from there there was a guy named Nami, he was very nice and sweet, he had given me some good suggestions and was very patient with me since i was being very indecisive. I had ended up getting a caramel pecan cinnamon roll and it was truly delicious. i will be definitely going back in the future.

HORRIBLE customer service. This girl had a nasty attitude when I walked up as if I came to her house unannounced. No “hi, hello” nothing. So the other girl says hi and I give her my order while this one just proceeds to give me dirty looks… they definitely need to fire her and give these employees some customer training

I hope this get to the owner of this company because if the owner of this establishment got this business to make money well that's never going to happen if they keep employees on this job for whatever reason that's going to get their company shut down because they're not making any money because their employees are turning down paying customers that's try to make this company some money. I ordered several Cinnabons on door dash and instead the employees confirmed the sale they canceled the whole entire order. I don't know but if the employees my management team hired keep canceling pay orders and keeping my business from making money they would be fired immediately ???????????????????????????

I’m only leaving 1 Star to write this review!!! They don’t deserve any stars. I purchased a chocolate chip cookie with cinnamon bun in the middle it was the worst cookie I ever had! It was so dry & stale ! I went back to the counter to tell them- they didn’t even acknowledge me !!!!! The1 cookie was $5.00 this place is horrible & the workers are the worst !? Don’t go here !!!!!!!!

If you tell them it’s not good, it’s dry, they start arguing with you like a personal fight. Where is the Management? Do we report to the mall? Do we report to Cinnabon corporate?

DELICIOUS! It's definitely worth the stop for dessert. I had never tried it before and it surprised me. I thought the cream was extremely sweet, I thought!!! It is very creamy and slightly sweet. I wish I had a Cinnabon close to home hahaha the service was excellent, the guys who work there were very attentive. Everything was very clean and organized.
