I always like a good Cold Stone ice cream. The times I've been to this location, they do a horrible job with the mix-ins. They're mix-in but hardly chopped/broken up. A had big pieces of Kit-Kats in my ice cream, rather it being broken/chopped. Ice cream was still good, just dissapointing.

I would give a 5 star if it wasnt for the lazy employees who make a bad face when we order the bucket, which costs A LOT OF MONEY. One had the audacity to tell me the ice cream was too thick for her to make and she wasnt strong enough, thus, making a face when I said that I still wanted the ice cream.Other than that. The place is pretty good. New, CLEAN.

Front counter was dirty. Part of the ambience of cold stone is watching the blending of bowls, the employee entered my order in the register & told me I could wait at the front.I was the only customerMy order was delicious as expected
