I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My wife and I ordered three yaroas with plátanos maduros and ground beef, but they were completely inedible. The food was swimming in oil, and the meat tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for far too long. We ended up throwing all three yaroas in the trash. It was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

The worst thing I ordered was a $15 fry! And I repeated to the girl that I didn't want blood sausage! I repeated it more than once!!! When I get home super tired from a day of work, the first thing I open and see is the black pudding!!! When I told the girl that I didn't eat that and that I didn't want it! Thanks to their bad service I was left without dinner and let it be known that I am pregnant!! I had to vote for dinner since the fried foods were super hard!! I don't know what the problem is with this place, if the one at the bar is super, it's best that its owner pay attention and check his workers!!! I ordered my food and it was supposed to be delivered and I never received it. I called the store and no one speaks English there. When they finally got someone who actually spoke English, I tried to explain to him what was going on, he didn't even finish talking to me and was like, "Oh, I have to get back to work" and hung up. That is a huge lack of respect and very bad customer service. I had to drive to the store to pick up their food. when I thought I expected no one to speak English and when the lady finally called someone on the phone he didn't even want to listen to us and started yelling and said we went to the wrong store while there was food there.
