I ordered my food and it was supposed to be delivered and I never received it. I called the store and no one speaks English there. When they finally got someone who actually spoke English, I tried to explain to him what was going on, he didn't even finish talking to me and was like, "Oh, I have to get back to work" and hung up. That is a huge lack of respect and very bad customer service. I had to drive to the store to pick up their food. when I thought I expected no one to speak English and when the lady finally called someone on the phone he didn't even want to listen to us and started yelling and said we went to the wrong store while there was food there.

The chicken pica is a total disappointment.Everything raw. We ordered salted meat and they gave us seasoned pork fillet.My God, I took the disappointment into my mouth and as soon as I could eat it.
