When you show up alto the address it's not Dickies, it's another restaurant! They go by another name Tumu Peruvian rest. The guy said they go by 3 different names! The catering food ordered for 10 people wasn't met! They sent 3 small bags, grocerie size shopping bags full of small.round 8 oz containers! With grubhub stickers and no it wasn't a grubhub order! The catering order was $180 and there's no way this was a ten person catering. They're not a catering nor a Bar-B-Que restaurant!

I ordered from Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Jersey City. I was expecting more than what I paid for, unfortunately a very big disappointment. I even ordered online for food delivered, also unfortunately another big disappointment. I will NEVER order food from this place ever again. I'll just eat BBQ in the city.

Terrible experience: the brisket was dry and tasted like ham, the pulled pork was like pork that had been put barbecue sauce on top. The large coleslaw salad is smaller than a glass. Tiny portions, dry and very bad tasting.

Tried this place after recently moving to the area. Ordered 3 of the 3 meat plates with 2 desserts. When I arrived (I chose curbside service) 1 small bag was brought out. I questioned the person and they proceeded to bring out a 2nd bag The bag seemed light. I looked at the items and saw there were 3 plates. Unfortunately it wasn't until I returned home that I realized they gave me 3 plates with 2 meats and not 3 meats like I paid for. I called the store to report the issue only to be told I would be called the next morning by the general manager. No phone call the following day. I won't be returning to Dickey's BBQ again.
