I've been going to this establishment in and out for years now and no matter who the wait staff, you'll always feel welcomed here and service is always on point. The authentic food is good and their prices are fair. Limited parking but we'll worth stopping by.

Came here for pickup. Yesterday When I arrived I asked how long was the order to be ready they NEVER gave me an answer. And IGNORED ME. Asked another girl and she NEVER gave me an exact estimate. Asked the 3rd or fourth time and finally the girl said 10+ minutes. I waited 15 more minutes then asked again, she said my order was STILL not even ready. This is BAD business. You should cater to your customers concerns and give the EXACT time the FIRST time a customer asks how long will their food take to be ready. 0 customer service 0 atmosphere place is extremely small and packed with 20+ people. In total I probably waited 40+ minutes here for 3 small items. And winded up canceling.

Don Alex Restaurant is an amazing spot for authentic Peruvian cuisine! The pollo a la brasa is absolutely delicious — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. The seasoning is just right, and it’s easily one of the best rotisserie chickens I’ve had. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is always prompt. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re eating in or taking out, they never disappoint. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to enjoy real Peruvian flavors. Don Alex is definitely a hidden gem!

The places closes at 10 we arrived at 9:30 and they said we could only order take out that we couldnt sit but there were people sitting down and eating. We usually have a very long drive now to go to this place but unfortuanetly we will not be going back here, we were customers for a very long time.
