Ok, so I used to feel some kind of way about a Dunkin near a gas station...lol!!! As if they were pumping gas, then preparing my food...š¤¦š¾āāļøš¤¦š¾āāļøš¤¦š¾āāļø! Anyways, I absolutely Love this Dunkin in particular because of the service!!! This is the only Dunkin that I've patronized that you can actually appreciate the sincerity in their disappointment when they don't have an item you ordered or want! Their customer service is top tier and the quality or care that they put in the accuracy of your order is unmatched. Presentation is important and they follow through every time!
Idk if the ppl that work here are like non comprehensive every single time I go here they give me the wrong order every time

I ordered a McIced Latte through the drive-thru, but the girl taking my order was speaking so quietly that I couldnāt understand anything she was saying. When I got my drink, it tasted terrible, no caramel, no sugar, nothing. I went inside to ask what happened, and the same girl told me she forgot to add both the sugar and the caramel. This is unacceptable. If youāre working in customer service, especially at a drive-thru, you should speak clearly and pay attention to the order. Very disappointed with the service and the quality of the drink.

This Dunkinā Donuts is so rude that I order my food and just because I forgot one thing they told me I had to go around again just because they had a line which it was only one person or two. I was in the drive-through. This is like my third time coming here thinking that maybe changed the rule but no, they havenāt. It makes no sense

I literally just left this place and they are terrible. They ask you anything else over and over before you could even finish your sentence. I advised the girl I wanted tea with milk and sugar and that last time the tea wasnāt sweet so please make it sweet. Even said 3 sugars. What does she do? Add 3 milk on the screen and still hands me unsweetened tea even after I advised her again at the window. Then the donuts!!!! Omg they are so stale! They literally have hard bottoms like she heated them up in a microwave. Disgusting and the only reason they are still open is because they are conveniently next to a hospital. I wouldnāt recommend this Dunkinā slash gas station food to anyone. If you donāt believe me try it out for yourself and see if anything I stated happens. Mind you Iām writing this at 8am in my jobs parking lot at work just trying to begin the day properly. Heck of a way to start the day with trash.

Our first visit The two young women that helped us were talking poorly about helping us in Spanish. Thinking that we did not speak or understand. They were rude and unprofessional. The second visit 12/2- the man taking the orders did not speak or responded for 10 minutes while we waited until we kept saying āhelloā he then proceeded to tell us heās busy without responding prior. The store lacks professionalism, efficiency and customer service.
This is the 2nd time this happens. I get there & thereās no lines. I have to say hello like 3 times before a male voices say ājust a minuteā Iām sitting there waiting longer than if there were 4 cars in front so again I say hello and again he says just a minute. I waited and waited and I gave up drove up the window where two women were chit chatting I peek in side and no one is being served and I ask them if no one was working today & told them how long I had been waiting at the window with no one in front of me. This place is horrible Iāve gone there a few times but this was the last. I hope corporate reads this. 11/17/24 between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM

The service was smooth and fast but there is a rush in the morning and afternoon around 2:30-3 since it's located near multiple high schools and a hospital but overall good experience.
