This Dunkin’ Donuts is so rude that I order my food and just because I forgot one thing they told me I had to go around again just because they had a line which it was only one person or two. I was in the drive-through. This is like my third time coming here thinking that maybe changed the rule but no, they haven’t. It makes no sense

I literally just left this place and they are terrible. They ask you anything else over and over before you could even finish your sentence. I advised the girl I wanted tea with milk and sugar and that last time the tea wasn’t sweet so please make it sweet. Even said 3 sugars. What does she do? Add 3 milk on the screen and still hands me unsweetened tea even after I advised her again at the window. Then the donuts!!!! Omg they are so stale! They literally have hard bottoms like she heated them up in a microwave. Disgusting and the only reason they are still open is because they are conveniently next to a hospital. I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ slash gas station food to anyone. If you don’t believe me try it out for yourself and see if anything I stated happens. Mind you I’m writing this at 8am in my jobs parking lot at work just trying to begin the day properly. Heck of a way to start the day with trash.

Our first visit The two young women that helped us were talking poorly about helping us in Spanish. Thinking that we did not speak or understand. They were rude and unprofessional. The second visit 12/2- the man taking the orders did not speak or responded for 10 minutes while we waited until we kept saying “hello” he then proceeded to tell us he’s busy without responding prior. The store lacks professionalism, efficiency and customer service.

This is the 2nd time this happens. I get there & there’s no lines. I have to say hello like 3 times before a male voices say “just a minute” I’m sitting there waiting longer than if there were 4 cars in front so again I say hello and again he says just a minute. I waited and waited and I gave up drove up the window where two women were chit chatting I peek in side and no one is being served and I ask them if no one was working today & told them how long I had been waiting at the window with no one in front of me. This place is horrible I’ve gone there a few times but this was the last. I hope corporate reads this. 11/17/24 between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM

The service was smooth and fast but there is a rush in the morning and afternoon around 2:30-3 since it's located near multiple high schools and a hospital but overall good experience.

Why is it impossible to get warm food at ANY dunkin??? It's not just this one. No matter what store i go to, if i order a sandwich, empenada, or whatever, they are all ALWAYS still cold or frozen in the middle. And now it's expensive.
Have been having a great time at this location lately. The service before wasn’t something of greatness but rather rushed and disappointing. However, with the help of someone named Sweety I have been getting my orders right.
