Had a video but could not figure out how to add it to the review. This location refused service. Wouldn’t open the door to the facility and wouldn’t respond at the first drive thru window until I pulled up to the service window where the employee acted nonchalant and rude about the fact that I questioned why they hadn’t responded to the previous service attempts at the door and drive through window.

I have been a customer for many years the staff themselves are amazing the manager is very unprofessional I order my coffee on the app there isn't a section for me to add on whip cream most of the staff know exactly how I like my coffee when I pick up my order I noticed it didn't have the whip cream so I went to the counter to ask the new associate to add it from across the room the new manager yelled to the associate Charge Her & kept repeating so I address him & tried to explain that on the app I don't see a selection to add the whip cream so I pulled up the app to show him he wouldn't look at my phone but went to get his phone he also was not able to show me where I could of added the whip cream it's not about the $1.05 charge cause I understand your price is your price it is the way he went about yelling across the restaurant charge her is unacceptable nor did he apologize for his rude behavior love the staff but won't spend my money there anymore

On Thursday 3/13/2025 I pulled up at the drive thru. I placed an order for a $6 meal deal with a medium iced caramel coffee light and sweet with liquid sugar. I begged the guy that assisted me over the loud speaker like 5 times to please make the coffee light and sweet And tell me how they managed to mess up my coffee order gave me an iced coffee with 3 liquid cane sugar pumps and almond milk. No caramel or cream like I asked. I am highly allergic to almond milk. Before the coffee was handed to me. I told the lady I asked for light and sweet and she caught a nasty attitude with me because I said that I asked for my coffee light and sweet. Then she took the coffee back and proceeded to add more almond milk. I had to dispose of the coffee due to my allergies to almond milk. Y’all lost a customer. I would never go back to this location. The service is horrible!

Went to this Dunkin today to pick up some donuts, the woman on the headset was extremely rude and does not have good customer service manners even when I was being polite with her. I don't understand why nothing is done about the workers that are not people friendly, this is making you lose business.

The Bonfire S’mores frozen coffee was delicious flavor wise, but it was so icy, large chunks of ice were still in it, as if it wasn’t blended all the way ….the s’mores donut was yummy!

This is far the must rudest Dunkin I have experienced my daughter came in this location today to get a drink and she ordered her drink and asked the lady to scan her phone for the rewards and the lady said to her give your money she paid and then asked to scan her rewards and walked away and completely Ignored her acted like she wasn’t even their I will never go to this location again that’s how you treat your customers far worse customer service I have ever Experience don’t even waste your money here for service like that never again sorry bayway Dunkin you lost a Customer get your act together Dunkin for people who help keep you in business so you can get a pay check
