Went to this Dunkin today to pick up some donuts, the woman on the headset was extremely rude and does not have good customer service manners even when I was being polite with her. I don't understand why nothing is done about the workers that are not people friendly, this is making you lose business.

The Bonfire S’mores frozen coffee was delicious flavor wise, but it was so icy, large chunks of ice were still in it, as if it wasn’t blended all the way ….the s’mores donut was yummy!

This is far the must rudest Dunkin I have experienced my daughter came in this location today to get a drink and she ordered her drink and asked the lady to scan her phone for the rewards and the lady said to her give your money she paid and then asked to scan her rewards and walked away and completely Ignored her acted like she wasn’t even their I will never go to this location again that’s how you treat your customers far worse customer service I have ever Experience don’t even waste your money here for service like that never again sorry bayway Dunkin you lost a Customer get your act together Dunkin for people who help keep you in business so you can get a pay check

The workers are treated very poorly, they are stupid, they provide bad service, they serve you poorly, they disrespect you, if you don't want to work, go home and sleep because of people as bitter as you, this world is the way it is, that's why you have to be It's bad if you don't know how to work with the public, look for another job.

This is the Dunkin's location I believe with the highest prices possibly in the state of NJ, after renovating the location approximately a month ago they raised the prices even more. The service is average, today they can serve you quickly at the window, and it can also take more than 30 minutes because the worker who took the order for the car in front of yours made a mistake and had to fix the order, it has already happened to me this on two occasions, a third time I am sure it will not happen.

Definitely nor the same as before. Different employees way more lazy. I use to do the extra drive to go here rather than Elizabeth Ave. But good gracious lord, I'd stay with Elizabeth Ave. Myself and another customer waited over 20 minutes to get our order. Ridiculous we were the only 2 ppl in the store. Drive thru was 3 cars over 15 mins waiting so hence my in store order I waited over 45 mins total to get a coffee, donuts and bagel. Definitely never ever returning to this location. I'll choose elsewhere. Ridiculous isn't the word.

I was in the neighborhood so I decided stop by and grab some coffee this morning. The associates were friendly and professional. They took my order in and give me exactly what I requested in a timelymanner. I ended up buying extra stuffs because of this amazing experience.
