Donāt know if management changed. Last 3 visits have been extremely disappointing. Iced lattes taste burnt. Requests for āwell doneā go unheard. Wraps were given to me with egg and cheese OUTSIDE the wrap. The friendly employee who took my order was the only saving grace.

So not only does the woman in the window yell at you into your car window like you canāt hear her, then they give you someone elseās diabetes in a cup. So much for a coffee with cream and 1 sugarā¦.. These two items donāt even have the same order number! SMH

I ordered a drink and a donut from this place my diet starts in a couple hours the last thing I want it was a frozen drink the lady behind the counter says that she already cleaned the machine and she is not cleaning it again so she's not making me a Frozen to cancel my order long behold I can't cancel my order because of the way the app is set up now I don't know if I'm going to get my money or my points back

Not as good as what I've tasted elsewhere and even more expensive than some, were they really fresh? Average reception, dirty toilets, horrible surroundings. A helpful girl and a guy who didn't come across as professional.
I came to this place which is half a street from my house at 9:30 pm and it was closed. The girl who was inside through the drive thru window didn't even want to talk to me, I was with my 8 year old granddaughter. The girl didn't listen to me, she hid and didn't attend to me, I wanted to talk to her showing her the schedule but she just told me go away, it's closed!!

Can't stop craving French crullers and Boston Creams... Unfortunately, they discontinued the French crullers. Now I'm into apple fritters and large iced Macchiatos.
