I came to this place which is half a street from my house at 9:30 pm and it was closed. The girl who was inside through the drive thru window didn't even want to talk to me, I was with my 8 year old granddaughter. The girl didn't listen to me, she hid and didn't attend to me, I wanted to talk to her showing her the schedule but she just told me go away, it's closed!!

I didn't like this Dunkin donut because the people who serve it have a very bad character and I don't recommend this Dunkin donut to anyone.
There is one rude staff lady working here. She is an older lady with red colored hair pinned up. Poor customer service. I asked her for creamers and she looked and kept on going. All other staff are good and inviting. They make it pleasurable to patron at DD. This lady is the only rude staff I encounter at this store. She was also at the Chestnut Street store and she was rude over there as well! SMH

Just like any other store, you'll have your employees that are really nice and welcoming. Then others that just couldn't care less that you're ordering with them. Also this is the ONLY Dunkin around here that charges $1.25 for adding almond milk to their drinks. I've been to one in New York City and they charge less then half that. I've put in a complaint, but of course they couldn't care less because the manager or owner just sits in the corner at the table playing crosswords or Sudoku on the newspaper looking disgruntled. Also they need to change the ventilation in there. You walk out of that store smelling like burnt grease and it sticks to your cloths! Yikes

My last two visits here were first thing in the morning, just after 6 AM. I order on the mobile app about 5 minutes before I arrive, and the food is ready just when or slightly after I get there. The food and coffee has always been up to standard, and the service has always been quick.

RUDE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER. She is there around 7am with her early morning attitude and bad attitude for the rest of her working hours. For example, you tell her how you want her to prepare your drink and she doesn’t it as she pleases to annoy the customer, just to make u feel bad. People like these with no desire to work and with such a bad character should not be in customer service places.
