damn y’all what terrible service! they made my order wrong and i went back 3 times for them to correct it and they did it wrong each time! they were so rude about it. i know it wasn’t just me too because others were having issues with their orders. i ended up giving up and throwing it out. this is the first time im complaining about dunkin. do better dunkin in jersey gardens im disappointed.

My entire order was wrong. I asked for a cold brew with sweet cream foam. I got a black cold brew. I asked for the new wake me up chipotle hashbrown wrap. I got hashbrowns in a cup. Than they disappeared and I didnt have time to wait to have my entire order corrected.

I went to this Dunkin' yesterday morning and it was good. The service was fast and efficient, and I got my order within no time despite the fact that it was very crowded.

Fast Service & Fresh Donuts, But Could Use a Quick Tidy-Up

Stopped by for a quick treat and was really happy with the service — fast, friendly, and efficient, just how it should be! I ordered a mango refresher and it was delicious — super refreshing and clearly made with care. I also grabbed a donut, which was fresh and tasty. They have a great variety to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. Coffee lovers, you’re covered too!

The only downside was the cleanliness inside. A few tables still had wrappers and receipts on them, and with the number of staff working, I expected the dining area to be a bit more maintained. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something that could improve the overall experience.

Still, I’d come back for the service and the sweets!

This DD is located inside the Jersey Gardens mall. I Enjoyed the coffee here. Apple fritter was awful. There is a small place to sit and enjoy your coffee and doughnuts.

I don’t know from where Dunkin’ Donuts at Jersey gardens mall gets their bagels , but every time I have purchased one at that location it has been inedible - extremely hard , stringy , difficult to bite into and doughy on the inside.
I have bought Dunkin Donuts bagels from various other locations in the tristate area and have never had an issue with the quality.
DD at JG mall definitely needs to improve their bagel quality as right now it is sub standard.

Horrible customer service very rude i work in the mall so I often end up stopping in this location to grab a bite always have an issue. They’re always very rude And when they make a mistake, they give you a real hard time, correcting it My recent experience was in fact so horrible that I was forced to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

door dashed food because i couldn’t go in person… worst food ever. the hash browns tasted like burnt cleaning product i felt so sick. someone could sue.

A delicious place.

We arrived and they treated us quite well. The cashier girl speaks to you in Spanish and also in English. Therefore it is very accessible.

The explanations of what the prices and products were like were ideal. They serve you as you would like.

They sell delicious coffee products, which we have not seen in our country before.

Highly recommended: Caramel Cream Freezed Coffee ☕?

There's some serious problem with the toasting machine, I got myself an egg n cheese on a croissant, it tastes and smell like burnt wires, it's the same case everytime.

I just had a hot chocolate and mango pineapple lemonade both are really terrible…..actually I’m fond of hot chocolate after tasting this I’ve lost the impression on hot chocolate(tasting really weird no chocolate taste at all I think having pure hot water is better than this …..never going back … waste of money. However the service is good.
