They put cream when i ask for oatmilk sometimes but they take care of the homeless in the community, witnessed the manager or owner offer a unpicked up drink to a homeless man waiting inside. They keep it clean also

**Updated Review** 1st red flag - your staff doesn't understand how Dunkin points work and caused me to lose 500 points and didn't try to rectify the situation!
#2 an iced latte is made with ESPRESSO not regular decaf coffee. Retraining is needed
When I make the choice to spend the money I work extremely hard for to purchase my guilty pleasure (an iced latte) I EXPECT the person making it to know exactly how it is supposed to be made so there is no need for me to turn around and ask for the coffee to be remade ONLY TO HAVE IT TASTE EXACTLY THE SAME!

My cousin was assaulted at this dunkin. No body helped her all of the workers just stared while she was getting assaulted for 10 straight minutes. They chased her to her car once she got away and acted like they were innocent once the cops came. She had lost vision in her right eye. We will see you at court you better start saving up.

My cousin went to this dunkin donuts today, and two of the workers, female, beat her up so badly over her asking for more caramel. She insisted she would pay for it. They beat her up to the point where she had to go to the ER in an ambulance. And mind you the manager did not do anything. Her face is swollen beyond recognition. We contacted the police, and we will make sure these workers get punished. We will also call Dunkin Corporate and complain. Dunkin Donuts what kind of people are you hiring???????? We will also take this matter into court, so please be prepared for a lawsuit.
The girl in this location assaulted my family member over adding more caramel into the drink. She came in got the drink and came back to request for more caramel into the drink she said I will pay extra or give it to me on the side. The lady that worked over there said “No! Get it from your mom” and my family member got angry and started arguing back. She got up from the counter and start violently hitting her and bashing her to the point of her not even being able to speak. There was another worker there and he was barely able to help her. This place deserves to be shut down. She deserves to be fired but when we called the cops not one did the manager or owner apologize for her behavior. They started laughing and saying horrible things back to. The girls mother started recording videos of me and when I started taking videos back they started to come back at me. The cops were also no help saying if a person is unconscious that is the only way the person could be arrested. Please report this place and make sure to never go here again.

I would give it 10 stars. It is the best dunking I have ever visited. They have very fast service. Today a Hispanic woman helped me and she treated me very well. She was very polite. I congratulate them for their good service. They are the best.
