There were flies on the donuts flying around on top of the donuts. this place is nasty and the coffe is just water and customer service is really bad. Not a good place to buy

I just started going to this location and I stopped by the other day in the afternoon and there was a young lady in black sweatpants and a gentle man that was nice and said I'll be with you in 1 moment. She looked at me and didn't say anything wouldn't even take my order.. she looked at 2 other customers and don't say anything or take there orders just cause she is cleaning dnt mean she has to be rude. I've been to plenty of dunkins and the dress code is not sweatpants and you can't wear anything on your head like that. She took the Spanish guy that came in and made me feel like she was being racist.. The gentle men was very very nice and helpful best person you have working there

This is a pretty crappy location, half the menu was out, one of the employees there was rude and seemed inconvenienced by my presence (the lady was nice tho). The one guy was on the phone with someone actively complaining about his job near the register, which tbf who enjoys their job at Dunkin but at least take your phone call in the back 😭😭. No seating in this location and they didn't have any donuts. it's fine through the drive though but the interior is horrid.

They put cream when i ask for oatmilk sometimes but they take care of the homeless in the community, witnessed the manager or owner offer a unpicked up drink to a homeless man waiting inside. They keep it clean also

**Updated Review** 1st red flag - your staff doesn't understand how Dunkin points work and caused me to lose 500 points and didn't try to rectify the situation!
#2 an iced latte is made with ESPRESSO not regular decaf coffee. Retraining is needed
When I make the choice to spend the money I work extremely hard for to purchase my guilty pleasure (an iced latte) I EXPECT the person making it to know exactly how it is supposed to be made so there is no need for me to turn around and ask for the coffee to be remade ONLY TO HAVE IT TASTE EXACTLY THE SAME!
One the Nicer store in the area very friendly staff and it's clean too.
Parking: The lot is small but I don't have a problem when I go there plus they have a drive-thru.
