I am writing to report an issue that occurred at the Elmore Dunkin’ Donuts location involving the manager on duty, Elizabeth. When I attempted to purchase a $2.69 doughnut, the store’s system went down. Although my credit card transaction was processed successfully—and I showed the manager the proof of payment on my device—she refused to provide the item because she was unable to print a receipt on her end. Despite presenting clear evidence that the payment had gone through, I was charged a second time for the same item. This interaction was handled in an unprofessional manner, and I found the experience extremely disappointing. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that the duplicate charge be addressed accordingly.

I’m ordered a medium iced caramel coffee, bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel, and a pumpkin loaf. When I was paying for it, I noticed that they had the six dollar meals which includes the same thing plus a hash brown. And as I was telling him that they have the six dollar deals he still charged me $11 and change for just a coffee and the sandwich .The guy that was taking care of me didn’t care and don’t know ven even say you know what let me cancel this and apply the deal. I wanted a hash brown and he still charged me for the hash brown. Bad service really bad service.!!!

This place is an awful Dunkin’ Donuts location. One of the owners who is a woman is probably the most despicable person you’d ever come across. She constantly disrespects her customers to their face. Will yell and scream at you for placing too many orders. She’s unhinged and I’m surprised this place is still up after all these years.
