DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use your reward points to order food/drinks from this location…..the morning manager lady WILL let snot drip from her nose, touch your stuff with her bare hands or let it fall & put it back in the bag. She is disgusting & rude. Acts as if you using points for a meal is coming out of her check. I do not recommend this location until they let her go, which unfortunately it doesn’t look like they will. All I see are other complaints about her similar to mine. Moral of the story…….BE CAREFUL!!!!

I went just for a coffee and while I was placing the order the cashier went to scold the preparer and when she came back she made me repeat my order… it's just a coffee!!! and she ended up scolding me because I repeated my order again showing my dissatisfied face.

I've bought donuts from this location only twice and decided to try them again and unfortunately again the donuts were stale. I can never seem to get nice fresh donuts from this location. So I will not be purchasing from this location again. You guys need to do better.

Every time I order my coffee from this store, they manage to make it wrong. EVERY TIME. I rather drive a little bit more and go to another location than going there again. They are completely understaff, keeps customers waiting forever and orders are always wrong.

there I did buy 2 hot chocolate milks, me, my sister and my niece, we sat inside and suddenly the female guard there said to her friend, that me and my sister were crazy because they didn't leave this shop. at that time the shop was quiet and there were also people sitting inside, was it because we only bought drinks so we weren't allowed to wait inside?

I had a truly bad experience with the morning cashier of this location. Not sure how you allow a person to use the bathroom (not knowing what they're going to be doing 1 or 2.) Then rush them out of the bathroom, telling a blatant lie about a person was in the bathroom for 30 minutes. Yet, the stores location wasn't even open that long. The individual using the bathroom was my good friend. The cashier keep telling me she was going to call the police if he didn't come out. I told her, if they come he'll stil be making a number two. She shouldn't have even said he could use the bathroom. Never again will I stop at this location.

Excellent Service! The gentleman behind the counter was polite and helpful. In addition, the food was prepared in a timely manner - the bagel sandwich was served piping hot and delicious, as well as the Iced Coffee, which was prepared to my specifications and taste.
They have a lady who works in the morning who is terrible with attitude and attention to detail.ive watch her put out stale donuts from previous night.she is plain nasty .when she makes coffee beyond drinkable sweet she says machine did it and follows with next time just get it black umm nothis ciffee wasnt free..she follows with I'm not wrong it's you or machine.ppl make complaints about her always just simply doesn't belong at register

Always a terrible experience at this location. Wish I would have looked at the reviews before giving these people my money. Dealing with the lady working the cash register is a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
