Everytime I go there is always a problem with my coffee, the girl at the drive thru must be a manager of shift leader which means supervisor she is very rude especially if you ask her to fix your drink, today I just took my coffee and come home to one find something in my coffee but before I found something in coffee I tasted it and it had no sugar and the cup was sticky and dirty this is very bad service, what I found in my cup was plastic I will post a photo and this is a place of business this is not good business, please make sure to always check your drinks before leaving I just wasted money and canât return until tomorrow to address this problem

The coffee tasted very bad
The food is great but you over charged me for my order after you got it wrong. I think I spoke to low & my brother aswell but I guess I didnât specify either but I order loaded hashbrowns and he gave me normal ones and charged me for both all in all it would be 25 bucks I suppose but I paid 30 for the whole meal :(
There were 6 people behind the count, working .2 cars In line, we waited and nobody came to service or ask any questions to see what we want. rude .The manager yelled something out to us that we didn't understand and they just kept us waiting. So we left.

I literally just left and for starts I donât even reveiw places but as someone who works at Dunkin I could neverrr. This is the second time at this location both times where pick up and both times I had the same person giving me attitude. Is this less ice?? I donât know if it was cause I order âtoo muchâ but the sausage was old in my three wraps. I understand you have hot holding but do you guys temp check it?? Cause it was cold and hard. How long are you supposed to have sausage in a hot holding??? Because if you donât know that then that makes sense. I got extra bacon and I only had 3 pieces and extra is 8. The guy that handed my order to me was upset when I pulled up to the window and trying to clean my cup holder and wasnât at that moment waiting for him to pass me the food. Didnât even ask if I wanted ketchup or even put napkins in my bag.

Rude staff, lobby was closed and my son went to the drive, though window to ask if we could please order. The man at that window shood him away as if he was a dog.

In addition to the new buildout, everything else is terrible. The bagels are old, they do not toast, and the sandwiches are cold. Green tea is not old or the norm for the Dunkin brand.
I ordered a box of Joe and a dozen donuts, but they did not provide bags, so I was forced to make multiple trips.
None of these issues exist at the other Dunkin in the area.
Stay away from this one. Go to the one at the Luke oil

I ordered food using their machine and it said it made a purchase off of my card then suddenly they tell me I didnât make one so I lost 4 dollars and didnât get what I ordered because their machine malfunctioned. Never coming here again.

This was my first time coming to this location. The employees were nice, but the cold foam seemed to have expired since it was very thick and chunky. Now, I have food poisoning because of it.

DONT get their frozen drinks, especially the frozen chocolate. They act like itâs rocket science to make the drink. I know there is a guide how to make it, but somehow my drink always comes out tasting like garbage.

This is my go to Dunkin. They always get my order right and itâs always ready . No waiting time which is great . My favorite is Adriana - I love how she calls me princess lol she makes me feel special. Sheâs always so nice and a smile that will turn anyoneâs bad day into a great one .

You always arrive at the store at 9:15 pm and it's already closed and the workers are very rude. You should have better customer service.
