Awful place, people are very rude disrespectful, carelessness, i went to this location to buy a coffee, I've been waiting more than 10 minutes , i asking the if it drive thru only, the guy seems hispanic reply with a very aggressive manner , shame on them, i will never back there, and i will advise anyone going to this location beware. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese before work and they didn’t give me any egg. This is the second time something like this happens. The last time they forgot to put cream cheese on my bagel .

I visited this location’s drive thru and received terrible service by what seems to be a repeat offender based off other reviews. There’s a half Asian/Hispanic man that seems to not understand customer service. I waited for close to 5 min at the menu with not a peep from the service worker. As soon as he sees me drive up to the pick up window he then tries to take my order, but by that time I already drove away from the order menu. When arrived at the window he proceeded to get an attitude and tell me I didn’t wait long and tried to insinuate that I should drive back around to go and order from the menu again. I refused and he rudely took my order at the window and chucked my order at me while not giving me a receipt or napkins. I nicely told him to have a great day and he shut the drive through window on me. Whoever owns this location needs to retrain this man in customer service. Also my bagel was cold and chewy, when I order it to be toasted. I actually just through it in the trash.

Great coffee ☕️ ? love the bagels ?. Received out order in a timely manner. Everything was great. Very clean area ??. Great service friendly staff. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee and some great breakfast, make sure you stop in. Definitely recommend

Second time leaving a review and this place still does not deserve any stars. I see they only receive bad reviews and there not getting any better. I was “banned” today and refused service because I always have them cook my frozen given hashbrowns. Or because they give me another persons order and I speak out about it. We are your state and government workers always visiting this establishment because of location but yet when we leave we all complain outside and we notice the inaccuracy of our order. I will be contacting higher up to see what they are allowed bad not allowed to do. As customers please read reviews before coming to this location. There’s two others worth visiting before this one. Please pass along

Newly renovated, looks amazing. They need to hire more people. No one greets you or
Acknowledges you. Ordered on the mobile app to be able to be in and out. Had to ask several times for my mobile order. Only had a good experience once, that was because the manger was the one that assisted me.

These people are disrespectful to people. An Asian and a Hispanic treated me badly in front of my children, arguing that they had a timer when I was the only customer. The way they handed me the coffee, which was poorly sealed, spilled it all over me in the car. I hope that if they have a manager, he can watch the video and correct the attitude of his workers towards customers.
