I usually do not post disappointing reviews. But this evening, I was sold a cold Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese sandwich. I couldn't finish the sandwich because I was so baffled by the cold sandwich. The bread was barely toasted. It was not tasty.

The staff at the drive-thru are very rude. It doesn’t matter if you go in the morning or in the afternoon, they always treat customers badly. They don’t greet, they don’t reply when you say thank you, and overall the service is very unpleasant. The poor customer service makes me not want to return.

-⭐️The order taker at the drive through always making you feel rushed and it’s not only at this location it’s at EVERY Dunkin Donut.
You give them the first item and their response is, “WHAT ELSE?!” after every item.
Franchise owners, please take the time to coach and lead the associates in your store on the proper way to respond to the customers.
Remember, the customers are the ones that are doing your business a favor not the associates in your stores. -⭐️

If I could put negative stars I would! I am so disappointed today I come to this Dunkin’ every weekend and get me and my husband a coffee and my kids a Donut before my son basketball games. Today my 5 year old son and I went to get a 2 coffees and a donut my total can to $11 and some change. The Spanish lady and the window took my $20 and then mark it with the pen it turned yellow for her then tell me my money was fake she can’t take it!. I said ma’am my money is not fake if it was fake the mark would have turned black not yellow, I would never let alone with my 5 year old son give someone fake money and I come here every weekend I see you every weekend. Why would I give you fake money. The lady really wouldn’t take it. This was the most embarrassing moment of my life in front of my kid! Then of all days I didn’t bring my wallet so I’m call a family member to Apple Pay me the money to I can still purchase my coffee and son donut. She start to rush me! I have never been so humiliated in my life I cried ! I was so upset that I didn’t even want to spend my money at this establishment any more! I will be reaching out to the corporate office. And returning back to get the name of the lady who humiliated me in front of my son!!!!

Every time I ordered always egg sandwiches with, the egg is a bit cold and it tears liquid on the yellow of the egg and shouldn’t be like that in every sandwiches and is nasty/disgusting.
What I like the most is getting ice cream that’s it.

I went through the drive- throu and they had for some of my food that I ordered and I had to go back through the drive- thru
They really need to make sure the order is all there before they give it to the customer and not tell them they have to move the car from the window because they got a time limit for the card tobe at the window

Got mad and spoke to me in such a disgusting manner all because I “didn’t specify” if I wanted chocolate sprinkles aka the TOPPING or the donut. Mind you, I literally came to redeem A BIRTHDAY scoop. She refunded me the money in cash, not card (the original payment method). She’s been working there since 2016 and idk how they haven’t fired her. Her attitude has NEVER changed. If you’re miserable in your job, which you clearly are from the stress lines you have, FIND ANOTHER JOB. It’s pathetic and disgusting to treat people like this when all they wanted was to get a birthday scoop of ice cream.

Barely get your order right . You order mobile order they don't get it right or it's water down and the manager lady is very rude. Snacking bacon burnt and only a little in order bagels burnt and hard

I ordered through the mobile app. When I entered the restaurant, I found a construction worker who told me that I had to leave the restaurant and go pick up my order at the drive-thru. I took the drive-thru and they told me that I didn't have any order. They made me wait almost 10 minutes in the cold. I showed them my order on the phone and they didn't care.

The morning crew is definitely better than the afternoon crew. They're fast, friendly, and not rude compared to the Hispanic lady in the afternoon. She's loud, very rude, and always nasty towards customers.
