Barely get your order right . You order mobile order they don't get it right or it's water down and the manager lady is very rude. Snacking bacon burnt and only a little in order bagels burnt and hard

I ordered through the mobile app. When I entered the restaurant, I found a construction worker who told me that I had to leave the restaurant and go pick up my order at the drive-thru. I took the drive-thru and they told me that I didn't have any order. They made me wait almost 10 minutes in the cold. I showed them my order on the phone and they didn't care.

The morning crew is definitely better than the afternoon crew. They're fast, friendly, and not rude compared to the Hispanic lady in the afternoon. She's loud, very rude, and always nasty towards customers.

I ordered frozen matcha latte with oatmilk and No sugar nor sugar cane. Once I started to drink , it was sweet. So I decided to go to the cashier to let her know & she gave me an attitude saying that there was only matcha & oatmilk and no sugar, I told her it definitely has sugar because when I've ordered this at another dunkin for the same order it definitely doesn't taste sweet. I just don't understand why she acted this way, definitely not coming to this dunkin anymore.
