Barely get your order right . You order mobile order they don't get it right or it's water down and the manager lady is very rude. Snacking bacon burnt and only a little in order bagels burnt and hard

The morning crew is definitely better than the afternoon crew. They're fast, friendly, and not rude compared to the Hispanic lady in the afternoon. She's loud, very rude, and always nasty towards customers.

Normally it's not too busy when I come to this location. I got two large iced lattes, a bagel with cream cheese, and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. The gentleman who rang us up was distracted by a separate situation that was occuring. We got charged for only one bagel because he was distracted, he was told two bagels.
