I wish i could give no stars this Dunkin Donuts is one of the worst place i order a coffee tonight online got to dunkin donuts and they closed and locked the doors at 10:40 they didn't make my coffee at all but took my money they need to shut this one down customer service is horrible the men's that work at night all need to be fired they need a new manager i come all the way from edison on my way to work just to be charged for a coffee I didn't get had to go to another dunkin donuts on 1&9 and pay more money for another coffee this dunkin donuts on elmora always got something going on every night I will not be returning here 0 stars

workers are lazy, take too long to make drinks, workers are also very unfriendly and always seem in a bad mood. I used to come here all the time because the staff was nice and did the drinks good, why every time i order they take 30 minutes to make a drink and when i get it its mostly milk???

I visited on July 12, 2025, and was very concerned by what I witnessed. One of the workers had a child standing on the counter where food is served, with their shoes on the surface. I found this to be extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. It was truly disappointing and concerning. I strongly recommend that the owner or manager address this behavior with the employee involved.

Ableist business, avoid at all costs. I had previously voted this place at 5 stars for years but the owner was incredibly disrespectful to me and my family. I needed help in the bathroom because I'm disabled and she was basically knocking the door down to get me out . It was a traumatizing experience for me and I will not be coming back.They lost a regular.
Vegetarian options: Since the location is kosher, they offer veggie bacon instead of pork. I'm not vegetarian but I actually prefer the veggie bacon over normal because it is very tasty. Though only non-vegetarian option are the tuna melts but that's easy to avoid.
Dietary restrictions: Very good for those who don't eat pork. There's also dairy milk substitutes available.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kid high chair available
Took tooooo long to get a sandwich. They need more people working.

I wish it was still 24 hours a day, especially when I can't sleep! Most of the staff is nice, some aren't! But it is the biggest DD in Elizabeth and most popular to hang at nevertheless! Miss the muffins being made fresh! Because the bakery products are delivered frozen, they get one star less for food!
