Bad service. We don't recommend this place. And the waitress said only two napkins per customer if not will charge us extra service. Can't even share with someone. Strange place.

Excellent service, good food, the truth is I don't know why they complain about the wait if the seafood is prepared instantly because of the freshness of the products, from my experience I would not like to arrive at a seafood restaurant and have my meal ready. order would be fatal, I once again highlight the treatment and attention in the place, very good, recommended

Unfortunately, my experience at Pico de Oro left a lot to be desired in terms of service. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a lack of customer service. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing a pleasant experience. Waiting times were excessively long, even during off-peak hours, and the attitude of some employees was distant, which did not help to improve the situation.

I believe that good customer service is essential for a restaurant to be successful, and in this case, I feel that basic expectations were not met. I hope they can work on improving this aspect, since the quality of service has a direct impact on the general perception of the place.

TERRIBLE, DON'T GO! A few weeks ago I went to this place, because I like to eat the food of my country, even so I had a very terrible experience and IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENS and it is the same person! I recognize the people from my country, but I never imagined that it could have such bad customer service, ALSO with a terrible image, how can a restaurant like this have someone like that working there?
