I’m from Chicago Illinois , the was my first time visiting first republic restaurant very nice place to be !! I love everything about it the foods the music the admosphere the service. I’m definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The fried fish seems to be the best thing on the menu. The griot needs some work. The drinks were not tasty, no alcohol just juice...The DJ needs his ears checked. I think he forgot it's a lounge, not a club. The music was extremely too loud. People should be able to hear each other without screaming. I'm not sure what happened because they were much better before. ??‍♀️

Dined in on a night where they had live music. It was a nice touch at first, but quickly became distracting and loud.Good was really good, there were items I wanted that weren't available. Hoping to go back.
