It absolutly reeked of weed in there. She made the food so fast and you could tell it wasn't fully cooked at all. No flavor on the rice or spare ribs. Could of had worse but definitely not good

This food is not good at all. Actually the worst Chinese food I’ve ever ordered. I am in the area all the time and this place could have definitely earned my loyalty, but I’ll never order again. The wings were small and cold. The Chop Suey was literally all onion and even ate some solidified jelly substance that was in the dish. I threw it all out. Made me sick. Took photos of the food. Posted photos. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

The worst food I ever had. The chicken stick was used spoiled meat . Wasted my almost 1.5 hrs of waiting. Way over pricing. When we called they said accept credit card, but when the dilivery comes, not accept. Don’t ever go to this restaurant.

First time customer here, and I wasn't impressed. The food was mediocre. I ordered seafood fried rice, shrimp egg roll, wanton egg drop soup, and chicken sticks. There was hardly any seafood in the fried rice and it really didn't have any flavor, egg roll didn't even have 1 piece of shrimp in it, only 2 wantons in the soup, and chicken sticks were so dry. Oh and I actually gave the delivery driver an $8 tip on a $32 order. But he was nice though. But I should have looked at the at the reviews before ordering here.

I’m from San Francisco and have eaten Chinese food all my life. I have to say the food I had tonight didn’t resemble anything I’ve ever had before. On a positive note, I won’t have to eat it again . Thanks for delivering it to my hotel.

On Dec 30, my family had driven all day and decided to order in from this restaurant. Once we ordered the food, the delivery took over an hour. The driver who delivered the food smelled of cannabis. The food was fine until it wasn't. My son who has a life threatening allergy to peanuts started to feel unwell within minutes. Within the hour, we were in the hospital for 5 hours. When I called the restaurant they denied using any peanut products. The proof was in the $1800 US hospital bill. They DO use peanuts and son's food was cross contaminated.

Despite many horrible reviews, my experience was great. I ordered because of the brochure left at my hotel, and then went to Google maps to read the reviews. I would never have ordered from this place if I had seen the overwhelming majority of negative reviews, I figured my money was lost, I'd wait 2 hours for the good, which would be wretched when/if it ever turned up.HOWEVER....my experience was completely contrary to the reviews. The driver called 21 minutes after I placed my order to say he was arriving at the hotel. As someone who grew up in Hunan province, I have to say, the food wasn't as spicy as genuine Hunan food, but the flavors did evoke memories of authentic, ChangSha cuisine. I'd order from these guys again, although there's no way to know if I simply had an isolated great experience. Unfortunately, a few bad service incidents can ruin a business reputation. No way to know why all the negative reviews have piled up as they have....but I'd roll the dice again on these guys. They came thru solidly.....in my case.

Chow mein was under-cooked onions with tiny bits of what we hope was chicken…..bean sprouts?? Chicken balls - where’s the chicken??? Egg rolls were beyond greasy. Took more than an hour to deliver 2 combination dinners, food not particularly hot when it arrived. And watered-down sweet and sour sauce. It’s like they knew we were from out of town and literally would never return, so fed us garbage.Mild case of food poisoning had by all - the worst experience ever.Lesson learned - don’t assume that if a food business has been granted permission to have flyers with the menu at the hotel check-in, they’re acceptable fare.

Terrible service, even worse food. Save your money and go somewhere else.We waited over an hour for 2 regular standard meals. Delivery was way late, then when driver arrived, he awkwardly stood back from the door, not handing the food over and asked me to call the restaurant a third time to pay. I was on the phone twice before with them and they never mentioned payment was needed by phone. The restaurant didn’t answer so I tried calling again, a FOURTH time and was able to pay, awkwardly reading my card number aloud to someone on the phone as the delivery guy watched.Traveling all day, we hadn’t eaten in 14 hours. Finally, at least, some food. Except it was the most disgusting, bland, just plan bad Asian food I’ve ever tasted, I’ve eaten a lot. The rice tasted like cardboard and the pineappple chicken was soooo soggy, absolutely drowned in a thick syrupy yellow tasteless sauce. There was so much it spilled out over the dish and all over the entire bag & rest of the order. The chicken was just mushy, the white rice had more texture than the meat. I barely stomached some of it down. I’m not a picky eater really, it was just gross. I tried to eat it anyways, gagged, and spit it back out.We ended up ordering from another restaurant, some pizza, only 10 minutes after getting our food from this place. It was a complete WASTE of an hour and way overpriced $40. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. Save yourself the trouble and go to A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT!
