I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. At the counter, the woman was hesitant to give me an extra spoon for the cookies and cream sundae I had just purchased. What bothered me most was her response—she insisted I would need to pay extra for it. I explained that I’ve been to this store many times, and this has never been an issue before.
Instead of resolving the situation, she rudely took the spoon back, told me to “just get out of here,” and refused to give me another spoon. She then completely ignored me and started serving other customers as if I didn’t exist.
I’ve spent over $200 at this store before, but this kind of attitude over something as small as a spoon is unacceptable. I love Häagen-Dazs, but I will never return to this location again. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic communication is simply appalling
