Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream

There is one employee, an old lady she is very rude, she doesn’t know how to talk to costumers this happened many times with her I don’t understand why she gets irritated and has lots of attitude . I work in the mall and I’m not going to Hagen Dazs if this lady is there

I'm happy to have a Haagen-Dazs location at Mills at Jersey Gardens. As a regular shopper at this mall, it's amazing to have it here. Their Banana Split Sundae is definitely a must-try. ✅️

Hello team! I was very disappointed today with your service at jersey gardens mall. I don’t know the name of the boy who served us, but that is not the way you guys talk to a customer. There is no point in being rude when we asked him for a favor in terms of food. Instead giving a rude answer and putting an inappropriate face to us, he would
have Been a bit polite. After food, we least expect something is that politeness. When we aren’t getting that from them it’s waste even if you serve a super tasty food. Please do respect and be polite to customers.

We visited the Haagen-Dazs location at Space UK-5, 651 Kapkowski Rd, Elizabeth, NJ, and we were thoroughly impressed. The selection of flavors is remarkable, showcasing everything from classic favorites to unique, seasonal offerings. The ice cream is incredibly creamy and rich, clearly made with high-quality ingredients.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, happily offering samples to help me choose. I ended up trying their signature Salted Caramel, and it was absolutely divine—perfectly balanced between sweet and savory.

The atmosphere of the shop is inviting and clean, making it a great spot to relax with a treat. Overall, Haagen-Dazs delivers an exceptional ice cream experience, and I can’t wait to return for more!

Worst customer service ever. I told her I have a birthday reward and she tells me I have to pay a dollar because THEY don’t have any mini cones… most places with good customer service would just give you a cone for your birthday and seeing as though it’s not my fault they don’t have cones but no she tells me I have to pay for it.. then proceeds to ring me up and not even hand me the ice icecream but leaves it in the side of the counter without saying anything. On top of the fact that I was shocked the guy scooping my ice out no gloves on.. WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE

Very good ice cream as usual. These are US prices. But the extra cone at $0.90 compared to the jar is excessive! In the food core…very noisy

Asked twice for an affogato that was like a cappuccino. Affogato is ice cream with a little bit of coffee and the other flours not milk a little bit of ice cream and 2 shot of espresso hot. Basically was a cappuccino with some whipped cream. Rude manager that pretended I should accept that thing. 14$ for 2 cappuccino. I will dispute the amount because I want be refunded.

Atendimento ao cliente horrível. Profissionais que não sabem lidar com clientes estrangeiros, infantis, que riem na cara do cliente e que fazem brincadeirinhas e ficam de risadinha durante o atendimento. Principalmente atendente chamado FOX. Sem contar a antipatia, má vontade e falta de educação. Não honram o nome da Marca Haagen Dazs.

Excessively expensive for the service they provide and what you have there, in my case, ice cream shake and smoothie (more than $18)

Häagen-Dazs ice cream is always great. I had a cup of the Belgium Chocolate that was delicious. Service was a little slow here, and the price a bit steep for ice cream. My server was very nice and polite though.

The worst milk shake ever the employee make it with too much milk so it is like a drink not shake , and he refused to add more ice cream because I tasted it , the worst customer service ever ( he looks Asian ) 7/14/23 at 4:30pm
