When this morning for breakfast into this place in Broad Street IHOP to start with it took them forever to give me the cup of coffee second when my stuff came I did ask The breakfast sample she brought it all wrong to start with the french fries they were still frozen, not well cooked the Scrambled eggs were mixed with homemade fries which I didn’t like and they have black stuff all over very bad experience. That being said, I would never ever come back again there.

Arrived at 7:45am No greeting No pleasantries
Was seating at 8:55am Lady just tosssed the menu and said “sit right there”.
My order was taken at 8:05am Food came out around 8:20 I left at 8:45 (started being packed around that time but when I came it was not packed, just 4 other guest groups)
My waitress was nice and kind
I ordered the sampler with an OJ AND a kids waffle meal with strawberry and bananas and a apple juice My total was $30
Not worth $30
I haven’t eaten at ihop in a few years and I never recalled their pancakes being pillable (like layered )
Also the booths were really tight. Was uncomfortable managing a toddler in those tight spots

the one server is super rude. didn’t even smile or say hi. didn’t come take my order til i said something and when she did, she was annoyed. nobody told her to be a server.. plus my orange juice looked funny 🤨 i left before i even got my food. the service ruined my appetite bye!!!!!

Went to IHOP and had a really disappointing experience. It took forever just to be greeted and for someone to take our order. The staff seemed disorganized, the service was slow, and unfortunately the food wasn’t good either. Overall, not a place I’d go back to.

They had a bad attitude with me in the morning when I just wanted to have breakfast, I will never come back again, the old Dominican woman makes you feel uncomfortable and has no manners and the man in the kitchen

The waiter had an attitude at 8:40 am in the morning she was Dominican and an old guy in the kitchen giving us bad looks and talking behind our back. I won’t come to this place again and I won’t recommend you neither to come. Have sum manners.
