Take time and money to get airfreshners, candles, whatever it takes to keep it fresh smelling. Now the food, pancakes where dry, eggs runny, orange juice watered down. Ok, it was only one glass out of 3. Maybe they ran out and added water to that glass. Funny thing, the kids had the orange juice. One said it was watered down the other said, "I guess I got the good batch." ? The server was nice.Parking: Like all IHOPs parking is tight.

I've come to this IHOP a few times now. I have to write, I've mostly had good experiences.Most of the staff showed interest in customers' needs and have been mostly very attentive to making conversations in asking if all is well. I've also experienced staff with the look of not wanting to be there working.Food has been good, and it's my main reason why I've come back a few times. It's been a good experience, so why should I not come back?I'll recommend it, so you can give it a try yourself.Parking: Parking is available, but I've also come on busier than normal days, and you may need to wait for a spot or check for street parking.Kid-friendliness: What parent is not going to take the little ones out for pancakes? lol ? That's followed by the sugar rush. lol ?

There is a different level of service given to the African-American customers than the Hispanic customers since the restaurant is located in Elizabeth in a predominantly Spanish area, African-American customers were treated differently today the service was extremely slow when asked for special items that were clearly visible on the menu, I was questioned as to whether or not this is what I wanted. Finally, I had to speak in Spanish to be understood at the end of the meal a dessert came. It looks nothing like the advertisement in the menu book and again I was question as to whether or not, I was correct and what I ordered , I am very sorry to say that the atmosphere and the respect for all customers has changed

People occasionally want to order takeaway.When you call this number, it seems like nobody answers, and when they do, they hang up on you. Getting my order delivered is convenient as I live two blocks away. I finally purchase from IHOP by Jersey Garden Mall as a result of their poor customer service. They were kind and timely in returning my call. Even though it's a little out of the ordinary, I would rather donate my money to a business that values the services of its clients.
