Our server, Ana A, was exceptionally attentive. My friend has multiple food allergies, and Ana went above and beyond by showing her the ingredients and ensuring she felt safe and at ease with her meal. The atmosphere was very welcoming, making it an overall wonderful experience!

I got to IHOP around 7:45am and wasn’t greeted at all…no “good morning,” no welcome, nothing. I was finally seated at 7:55, and the lady just tossed the menu on the table and said, “sit right there.” Not exactly the best first impression.
My waitress, on the other hand, was really kind and attentive once things got going. She took my order around 8:05, and the food came out by 8:20. I ordered the sampler with an orange juice, plus a kids’ waffle meal with strawberries, bananas, and an apple juice. The total came to about $30, which honestly didn’t feel worth it. The pancakes weren’t how I remembered them these were kind of “peelable,” like they had layer and the booths were super tight, which made it tough to manage a toddler comfortably.
I left around 8:45, and by then it was getting busy, but when I arrived there were only about four other groups. Overall, it was an okay visit. The waitress was sweet, but the greeting and food quality could’ve been better.

Service at this restaurant is slow. I have been there 3 times and gotten slow service. Today they brought me the coffee I asked for and never came to take my order. Then when I left because of the complete lack of service, they still charged me for my coffee. A manager who was concerned about customer service would have comped the coffee of an unhappy customer. Horrible customer service at this place, at least in my experience. Was looking forward to a nice leisurely breakfast, ended up having to cook my own.

extremely disappointed…. food took more than 25 mins to come out and when it did, it was wrong and cold. people who got there after us got their food first, our waitress didn’t seem to care at all. will not be going back

Always a pleasure eating here, quiet and very clean, ordered the country fried steak with eggs, eggs were on point and the fruit was fresh, only downside husband said his pancakes were hot just a lil warm so we will have to work on that other than that we were very happy customers.

We put our name on the waiting list & started to see people getting tables before us that came in after us. So we asked what was going on, the lady told us our name wasnt on the list. When we literally pointed to our name written down she gave us a table. The table needed to be cleaned off. We waited for a waiter to come to even ask of we wanted drinks for about 20mins before we got up to leave. Ran into the manager on the way out & told her what happened, she apologized, gave us a booth & had a waiter come right over. The waiter was very nice. The manager also gave us free drinks but they were small kids cups with lids on them, as we looked around we saw everyone else had regular glasses. Our food took forever to come out, we almost walked out again but the waiter bought it just as we were about it. The food wasnt even hot. I will never go to this location again!

Osafa was our server and she was so patient! We were a bit of a pain, but she remained pleasant. She made sure our orders were correct and was attentive throughout our dinning experience.
