I’ve always enjoyed going to IHOP for Sunday breakfast with my family but today 04/13/2024 at 1.30pm is the worst experience we’ve had in any IHOP restaurant. Our waiter Mr. John was very incompetent in discharging his service to us. Brought us coffee with creamer but no sugar on the table or silverware. When the food came it was cold with no syrup for the pancakes or napkins on the table. I had to get up and request for this items and remind him to bring us the sugar free syrup that we requested for but unfortunately until we finished eating he never came back with the items or to check on us to see if we’re enjoying the food or not. Lesson learned we’ll never go back to this particular IHOP location again because it seems like the Manager is not even supervising his and her staff properly.

One of the worst experience ever. The waiter Johnathan gave me a dirty coffee cup, when I asked him for a clean cup we never got it. He never came to see if we needed anything else. We ate our food my wife had to share a coke with me since she didn't have anything due to no cup. Waited and waited to my bill but this guy was ignoring me. I went to the counter to pay and still waiting ro pay. Horrible experience here at kapowski IHOP. I will never come here again.

We had to leave after waiting 15 minutes for one of the passing waiters to at least say hello so this is the second time we have had a bad experience at this place but this time we decided not to wait for bad service.So we talked to the manager but she just looked at us and didn't solve anything.
I placed an order online where I ordered the OREO waffle combo, which supposed to come with Oreos pieces , cream cheese, and whipped cream. I got a PLAIN waffle. When I went to pick up there were nobody at the front desk and nobody came to the front for about 10 mins. I tried calling the store MULTIPLE TIMES and NO answer! At this point is anyone working or is everybody on Break?!

The food is good, the service to. the place is not that busy, which makes it great. The only reason I've given food 4 stars is because the day that I ordered a steak(medium), it was rear, and when I sent it back and came back, it was still rear. Hopefully, next time is better.

One of the more spacious IHOPs. Less children and noise during weekdays. Comfortable and clean. Staff is more often than not very slow in my few trips there. Getting my check is usually 10m, and waiting to pay is another 10, despite going up to the cashier and attempting there. I'll take that, though, for the properly prepared food and comfort.

One word, DISGUSTING?? like literally, I never leave bad reviews/ but I prefer to warn others about this horrible experience. The service is HORRIBLE, the food is HORRIBLE, the cleanliness of the restaurant ? HORRIBLE. Ordered well done eggs, was brought nasty runny eggs. The spinach was not tender, and they had the audacity to put slices of yellow cheese barely melted on top of an omelette. Their iced water is clearly faucet or maybe even toilet water. The chicken tenders (kids meal) was sooo dry and hard that my 2/3 kids refused to eat it. Not only that, the one kid who did eat those nasty tenders has been throwing up ALL day and crying about Tummy pains, Mindju this food was the only food he’s ate all day . I’m just in disbelief, this place has fell completely off. While we waited what seemed like hours for drinks and foods and/or anything we asked for; the employees sat in the lobby play fighting and rocking their hips, while their service and restaurant is trash. Gonna rate this place -10/10 and I’ll never return , ever! Save yourself the money and a visit please.
