I prefer the Jamba Juice at Willowbrook much more. This location seems somewhat inattentive, and unfortunately, they never offer soy protein. Beverages lack consistency.

My bowl was extremely watery, I asked them to remake it and they said they couldn’t. All of the topping were mixed in. Bad experience with the Jamba Juice in Jersey gardens mall!

I deteriorate a lot! Now the açai doesn't have the same consistency, it's watery. The quantity is less of both the base and the fruits. It's sad because every time I went to the Mall I enjoyed eating a bowl. I will not return and I do not recommend it

Went to Jamba every morning in Rockefeller in NYC, miss it. The Mills had it and immediately got the Apple's n Greens. Wish they were in more locations throughout NJ. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Smoothie was tasty but for a 9$ smoothie i think it should be blended thoroughly! So ridiculous that they can't even take the time to blend my drink fully that I paid 9$ for, might as well make it at home instead if I'm getting a subpar quality smoothie.
I called to find out what time they closed and they told me that at 7:00 pm I arrive at 6:25 pm and I ask for two orange carrot twists and the cashier tells me that the machines are clean and that they do not sell more orange juice, you could see clearly that the machine was not clean, when we left she took the machine to wash it. what is the point of being open until 7:00 pm, the machines should be washed after 7:00 pm

I went on Saturday at Jamba Juice n there was a lady n she was super super nice,she was making strawberry smoothie for me n it came up little extra n she gave that extra smoothie to my daughter n my daughter was super happy n even I was.It was really very nice n sweet of her for Giving it to my daughter.. thank u. ?

I went last week n I had ordered green smoothie medium size n the lady who made it was less quantity n it was not filled up. They charge $9 n then gives less quantity.. worst n the lady had super attitude n no hello n no thank u..even the lady who made my smoothie was tasting good then amount of quantity ingredients was not proper.. will not recommend n will never go back again..
