The smokehouse burger came with no bbq sauce (as advertised) and the hamburger was as bland as can be. The Philly cheesesteak was waaaaayyy too greasy and we had to use napkins to wipe away the grease in order to bite into it. Our plates were full of access grease. However, we enjoyed the large portion of fresh and crispy french fries.

Extremely disappointing experience. Our server was absolutely rude and hardly acknowledged our existence. From the get go, she was rude, irritated and could hardly be nice to us. After we were done with our food, the server took 10 minutes to bring us our bill and then another 15 minutes to take the payment. The food was okay but Oh My God she needs to atleast learn to not be rude and roll eyes infront of customers. Time and date of visit: May 29 at 6:00 p.m. Kindly look into it.

Literally stood in line for 5 minutes wish no one waiting to be seated but me and the standing around socializing and the manager walks out with an attitude.

Negative rating : Worst staff I encountered in years , ugly behavior while serving food to entirely all the tables.
This place only earns because of its location, and if it was staff driven , they would have rot the place. Our experience was nothing short of disastrous. Upon arrival, we found a massive crowd and had to wait for 45 minutes before it was finally our turn to be seated. However, to our shock and disappointment, the staff blatantly chose to seat people who arrived after us, completely disregarding our turn.
Naturally, we were offended and addressed the issue with the staff, only to be met with outrageously rude and unprofessional behavior—right in front of everyone. Despite this, we kept our patience and decided to give them another chance, thinking they might rectify their mistake.
Unfortunately, things only got worse. The staff continued to behave rudely, with unprofessional attitudes and disdainful looks. To make matters worse, they declared that they had the "right not to serve us" and started giving vague excuses, making the entire situation feel humiliating.
When we asked to speak to the manager, we were shocked by their complete inability to handle the situation. To add insult to injury, we overheard staff making comments like, "We get paid less, so we’re not obligated to smile or serve properly." This kind of attitude from an entire team reflects poor training, lack of accountability, and a complete disregard for customer service.
The experience left us feeling harassed, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied. I would appreciate a call from your team to express my concerns further

Long story short waited at the door for like 20 mins finally when we get called to be seated the floor was super slippery like oil all over the floor. Then got seated and our waiter vanished for a while meanwhile another waiter was infront of us giving a customer a attitude 🤦🏻♂️ so i grabbed my family and left after that. Im sorry but that place is filled with alot of young people that have no work ethic at all so sad my son really wanted a milkshake from there and we couldn’t get him one because of all this.

Server looked unhappy to be here . We ordered 2 burgers 1 o ring and ff .Got the Burgers not bad .But waited 5 min onion rings were soggy and cold . Fries where hot. Server Not welcoming at all to be honest. I saw the clock on the wall with wrong time. Clock read 9:15 it was 5:45 .That should have been a warning about how little staff.cares. Shake was not very flavorful. Chocolate malt , no chocolate. They where under staffed only 3 people . Not one worker was wearing hair net , hair tie or hat in kitchen , prep area .Also no Manager anywhere.The food was ok .We did finish most of the food. But really spending over 50 dollars.

Sanya was the best customer service through the roof she was hands down amazing even if the food wasn’t 10/10 would eat here again just for the way she treated customers hard to find that kind of service nowadays
