I WAS VISITING NEW YORK CITY FOR THE WEEKEND, I DECIDED TO STAY IN JERSEY AND GO SHOPPING AT THE MALL. I DECIDED TO STOP TO GET A BURGER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THE WATRESS SAID "WE'RE CLOSE" I SAD OK AND WALKED OUT ,THEN LOOKED OVER AND A WATRESS SAT SOMEONE DOWN AND TOOK THIER ORDER. I ASKED TO TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY FOODDEFINITELY WOULD NOT VISIT THAT RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!

The food was good yet the service is horrific , arrived at 7:10 and couldn’t order shakes bc they were almost closing (closes at 9). A couple walked in at 8:07 and were told they couldn’t sit as they were closed. The waiter was very unhappy to be there and on her phone the entire time. She forgot our fries twice , then brought one out and still charged for both orders.

Great place to stop by while you’re doing your shopping in this huge mall. You must wait until the waiters help you to get a table, however the restaurant is really nice. They serve you considerably fast we waited for around 30 mins and it was full. We tried original and signature shakes both delicious. And burgers with French fries everything is sell separately. The prices were good also. I had a bad experience today! It was 4:30 pm. When I arrived the people working there didn’t say hello. They didn’t come to get the order. They were chating and dancing without taking care of the customers. I waited for more than ten minutes. Never seen a behavior like this. I had to get out and find another place to eat something. I won’t come back to this place!

I went into place an to go order and was told that I would have to order online. I tried to do that but it wouldn’t let me choose Turkey burger so I explained this to the worker. The worker said no problem I will take your order same person who told me to order online . Nice! I placed my order for a turkey burger with grilled onions exc… Just to be told an hour later that they don’t have anymore turkey burgers and the only thing you can say is your going to kill me. Not I am very sorry for the inconvenience and here is a gift card or something complimentary for the inconvenience. ?? horrible service and will never go back!! Please

Two times been to this place and didn't even make it in. They make you wait in line to be seated, it's not even half full and the staff look you dead in the eye and don't seat or acknowledge or anything. One time It was like two hours before closing and they had us stand there ten minutes and then said they're closed. Second time we were early, was not that busy and they ignored us even after looking at us straight in the eye. Workers seem lazy and are losing a lot of money for the restaurant by this behavior. Like they don't want the business or something?? Acknowledge your customers and seat promptly.. Especially if it's not that busy. They look miserable there too. All just workers look at us with a stank face

Severely lacking customer service. Waiters look like they would rather be home. Waiting at the pickup counter and 3-4 waiters pass by but no one attends. They need to revamp the staff and hire people that want to be there.
