John's Caffe Pizza & Caterers

Unfortunately I didn't dine in, but I had the pleasure of enjoying their large slices. Although they were not sauced as much as I typically like, they were tasty and when a small miscommunication happened, they quickly rectified the issue.

I ordered for first time because heard so much about fresh mozzarella balls on Pizza, I ordered expressing what I wanted made very clear so craving when received was so highly disappointed not what I ordered $31 worth of BS and they never tried to fix after I called to complain never again get rid of person taking orders Miriam S. Horrible experience

Ordered chicken in vodka sauce got some nasty grilled chicken with tomatoes on it. Called the red for clarification and the rude employee said that is how they make it… funny I’ve had it multiple times and it’s always been breaded chicken cutlets. Lost my business.

I used to order from here when I first moved to jersey, round 6 years ago. This was my go to for pizza and sandwiches that had that Brooklyn NY taste I was looking for. Especially since most pizza in jersey is trash. Now unfortunately John's pizza Cafe goes rocketing to the top of that list. I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza. Was looking forward to it. Was highly disappointed when my wife brought it home. First off it was burnt. The cheese had been cooked so long it looked like plastic. The crust was burnt the pepperoni was burnt. Ridiculous. Disgusting. I would have taken pictures but I was so incensed I immediately threw it in the trash. Will never, ever, ever, ever waste my money in that establishment. I shudder to call them a pizzeria.
