I asked for my husband to pick up 3 hamburgers and 4 meat empanadas, because I was immobilized from an operation on my ankle, they sent me some stale empanadas with a bad smell that were clearly decomposed, I called and he told me to leave them for him, we live 15 minutes from the place, my husband can no longer go because he is working and I at least can't drive, I tell him if I can send him a photo of the empanada which at first glance can be seen to be bad but he tells me that it is not possible, just by returning to the place 🙄 despite explaining to him that I cannot, I told him that if he can send them to me with his delivery, he did not want to, even though I explained to him, it was the food of one of my children who had not wanted to order anything else, I have been shopping there for many years and sometimes we went to eat with my children for more than 10 years, but really the food has dropped a lot in quality and the service has been much worse. This happened two months ago but I tried to upload the photos of the empanadas here and it won't let me, I don't know why, I won't go back there anymore and I know that maybe a customer is nothing to you but if you continue like this I think it will affect you.
