Two Sisters Caribbean Restaurant

Two Sister Restaurant has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Today, I walked in to place an order and the owner clearly saw me enter, yet chose to walk to the back instead of acknowledging me. Another employee approached without any greeting and immediately asked if I had already ordered.

As I was explaining my order, I requested goat meat. Immediately after, I overheard the owner mention that there was no meat available. Based on that, I politely said I could substitute chicken instead. The owner responded rudely, saying, “I was not talking to you, I was talking to her.” I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and calmly explained I only mentioned that because I overheard the conversation. She repeated the same dismissive comment again, with an even nastier attitude.

I would never expect or accept this type of behavior from the owner herself. In situations like this, an owner should set the standard and correct unprofessional behavior, not be the source of it. Unfortunately, she was clearly part of the problem, which sends the message to employees that this kind of disrespectful attitude is acceptable.

At that point, I was shocked and uncomfortable, so I walked out. They have permanently lost my business, and I will absolutely be sharing this experience with friends and family. Respect and basic customer service go a long way—sadly, this restaurant offers neither.

These women that work here in this restaurant are very rude need better customer service. Didnt even order food .after the service I got I will never come to this place.

Horrible service!!! I went in on my lunch break and the 2 ladies that were there completely ignored me. I waited then one walked over as I asked what’s the menu and pointed to the covered heated dishes they said no and walked away. Then one went to the corner and showed me a large spoon with rice stuck to it, and said no English again!!! They walked away saying where is pierre, and completely ignored me again when I pointed to see what the dishes were for lunch. Horrible service and very rude, I was not served. I told them their service was not polite and they laughed while mixing a big pot of rice!!

Very disrespectful I went there to purchase a large Lalo with white rice and sauce Pwa. The owner usually takes my order, but there was another lady there . I asked her how much was the price, she didn’t answer me and I asked her again while I was taking my money out my purse. I took $10 out then she said in Haitian Creole I don’t know why she’s pulling out only $10. I looked at her and told her that I was Haitian as well. do not purchase food here. They will talk shit in front of you while you’re supporting them.

We stopped by Two Sisters Caribbean Haitian Food close to closing time, and they still welcomed us with exceptional service! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious—exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was full of flavor and prepared perfectly. Highly recommend this place for authentic Caribbean Haitian cuisine!

the food here is not good…

1. Legume , diri blan & sos pwa
2. stew turkey & diri Kole and me and my mom did not enjoy the food.. it tasted old and sour like it had been sitting out for a long time

With all due respect, a restaurant called two sisters and no one can speak English?? They need to make that clear so someone who can only speak English does not go there. I could not get anything to eat after I traveled there. I am born from a carribbean family, from bk, and never experienced something like this. After I walked in and looked around, I am glad I could not order anything. Looks like a hole in the wall, dark, and not where I want to eat. Wish them luck.

Everyone working in this restaurant does not respect people. When you come to buy them, act as if you are asking for them. Before we start a business, we must go to school to learn to talk to people. If you are also a restaurant owner, please don't pass this girl. My advice to you, if you don't want people to disrespect you, don't go to this restaurant.
