Only been here via drive thru, and at night. Food is always fresh. Fries always good. Best McDonalds in the area. Like, it made me reevaluate my opinion on McDonalds bc when it's fresh, it's actually pretty good!

Very poor customer service at this spot. I live in the neighborhood, so I frequent this location often. I understand that the area lends itself to open-air drug markets, rampant homelessness, and low income housing. However, there are many hard-working, earnest customers that they serve. We deserve professional and courteous service, too. It's either terribly unpleasant, unnecessary, sarcastic cashiers, or worse yet incomplete orders. Not to name names, but it's a shame it's almost always Black females as the culprits. It's not considered racist if I myself am a Black woman. That has nothing to do with the review, but I've worked in customer service all my life. I'm acutely aware of the angry Black woman stereotype, but I believe this to be an age based problem. Millennial just does not care. Let's do better.
Horrible service. I’d ordered on the kiosk and got a chicken biscuit. It had no option to switch it out for a muffin. When I asked the manager if she can switch out the biscuit for the muffin she was extremely rude but, she ended up making the changes. I was waiting on a big order and a small one and only had to wait 5 minutes for the big order but 20 minutes for the small order which was so crazy because how does the big order get done so fast But a small order take 20 minutes, Which so so outrageous Just a wast of my time.

The service was absolutely terrible, the manager wouldn’t even let us speak to change something in a Oder, Then the manger started yelling at us when all we did was say excuse me. After that We had to wait 20 minutes just for two sandwich’s which was so unnecessary and just a waste of time when we had to be somewhere, The I found a piece of hair in my drink

I had to wait a long time for a small order I made. I requested some changes for my breakfast sandwiches but was rudely told by the manager that all changes had to be made when I placed the order but, the kiosk didn’t allow me to make the changes I wanted. 20 minutes waiting for an order that was 2 breakfast sandwiches and drive through was basically empty. It was disappointing to see that my sandwiches were just sitting there for about 10 minutes when I had already been waiting for 20 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this specific restaurant sincerely.

The Lady Working the Drive Thru sounded like she was on Drugs and didn't listen to my Order, when I went to the drive thru she started speaking Spanish to her CoWorker not knowing I speak Spanish and she Purposely took a long time getting a Mcdouble with Fries, the Burger was Wet and Oily. She definitely did something to my Burger so I didn't eat it. Beware of the Hispanic Lady that doesn't speak English Good working Nights
