My co worker ordered during our lunch break. The food came fast however everything was super cold and there were No utensils, straw, napkins nor were there any condiments. This was my first time eating McDonald in over 12 years. The fries were cold and dry and the fish sandwich was cold. I probably won’t ever eat Mc Donald’s again.

I placed my order to pick up from my house 15 minutes before leaving and when I arrived I had to wait 15 more minutes just for a meal of nuggets and a hamburger. The workers were laughing and playing in the kitchen and only when I asked them about my order they went to prepare it.

If you like to eat your fries with no KETCHUP OR BBQ OR SAUCE, well this MACDONALD offers that' service, drive tru is the best on that, when placing the order clearly request bbq, ketchup and ranch sauce , nothing on the bag, then knock the window and ask for the guy on the window gave me 3 ketchup 1 bbq an 1 ranch for a family of 6!!! This will lower my stars to 2

I would recommend driving 5 more mins down the road to go to another McDonald’s I hate restaurants even fast food that lie based off their own laziness everyone knows the steak egg and cheese McMuffin comes with the round egg… everytime you come to this location they give the yellow egg due to trying to save money and time but that’s obviously not my problem A lot of people don’t know that white round egg cost a little more money due to it being a real egg. The yellow egg is made out of a carton. They still charge you the price for that egg but give you the yellow egg. No, give me what I’m paying for then try to lie and say that the certain sandwich comes with the egg no it does not. It’s advertised in the photo.

Ever since the remodel the service has gone downhill. When they’re slow they take forever to complete an order, employees take it as annoyance to ask for extra sauce or even napkins. I know McDonald’s tastes the same at everyone but this one really makes me think they hate their customers. You shoulda kept the same layout as before now you just suck. Go to the one on North Ave instead in Elizabeth
