This place has a very delicious sancocho but there are a couple of ladies who answer the phone when you call to place orders for pickup, and it seems like they were doing you a favor, with a disgusting attitude. What a shame, if you don't want to work, then leave. How nice it is when you call and say good afternoon and they respond with pleasure, they ask you what you want to order, not like that with these, it's like wait, let's see what you're going to want, aha, aha. Don't learn to have customer service, the customer is the one who gives you the tip in case you didn't know.

My order is based from Uber eats! 2nd time I ordered and I have missing items! But today I am PISSED! I have my little daughters with me (no school) so I ordered food for them too and all that was sent was 1 platter and 1 bakery item when I ordered 10 other items!!!! I'm appalled! They didn't even say if they were out of something or do I want a replacement! They just gave me a bag and inside was 1 bread and 1 platter!!!! Shameful

Yesterday I went to pick up some soup and during my visit I think the owner and the other girls were extremely friendly! They gave us 2 cookies and made us feel very good. I order often through Uber eats but a really nice deal like yesterday's. My aunt who lives in Germany was looking at many delicious things to eat and they really made us feel very special. Thank you very much and the truth is that the sancocho is deli and the food is very good. Thank you so much !!! Being kind makes a difference.

The meat looked like the sole of a shoe. I ordered silver or ripe and they gave me rice. The plantains were well burnt. I won't eat there again. I don't recommend it to anyone.

They charged me 24 Dollars for this dried meat, a grilled belly? They fried a piece of cooked meat, what a lack of respect and profession ??
Horrible. This Resturant has change a lot the quality of the food is not good at all. Their portions are off, the waiters are not attentive at all. Yet they still take 20% gratuity. Everything is over price for the quality of the food. Never coming here

I’m writing this as I am eating the food in my car out here on the street. I ordered a Bandeja Paisa, and was pleasantly surprised at the size of it. The food tastes fantastic. I see some other reviews complaining about the service, but I had no bad experience at all. When you do initially walk in, it does look confusing because it looks like there is a juice bar up front, but if you look towards the back, you can see a small little makeshift office where they are taking orders. The food was ready in like 12 minutes. Right within the time window they gave me. I’m definitely going to save this place as a food stop since I come out to New Jersey frequently on the weekends.
