Food was really good. The service was excellent our server was Valentina and she was really nice, friendly, very knowledgeable with the menu and she gave us great suggestions. Highly recommend this place. ☺️

I have to make this complaint here because at the West New York headquarters, but from what I see, they have blocked anyone from giving them bad reviews. I bought a hamburger with fries and the truth is that it was a bad experience, a RAW hamburger that had more lettuce than a salad, the fries were watery, they didn't give me any sauces, they didn't give me any napkins, I don't understand why they have 5 🌟 when they have the nerve to give them RAW food, as I said before, this happened to me at the WEST NEW YORK headquarters

Firstly, terrible service, there are no napkins and you have to bother the service guy every moment, secondly, they see us standing and no one deigns to look at us and serve us, and everyone is unemployed, the food is terrible, the fruit salad tastes very bad, I don't know how they can get to 4.7 stars if the service and the quality of the food is very poor quality, and thirdly the bathroom is disgusting. First and last time I attend Monchis. I forgot the most important thing when paying, they don't keep the bill or tell you how much it is, and I only ordered 2 desserts and it came out to more than $70.

The worst home delivery or Uber Eats service. The food arrives incomplete, cold, everything mixed up, of very poor quality!!!!! I am a customer of the fried salad that is supposed to come with cheese, pineapple peach jam and it arrives with nothing and in the worst conditions! NEVER ORDER AT

The food here is delicious. The Arepas are very tasty and the service is excellent. Plenty of options to choose from. Valentina did a great job serving us.

Terrible customer service. I bought a fruit salad and apart from the fact that it came with very little, I asked for condensed milk and they charged for it and since I didn't have cash they didn't give me anything.
