I absolutely hate complaining or leaving back reviews but the employees at this Jersey garden location apparently can not understand English nor can speak it very well. The guy taking the order repeated my order 5 times and each time he kept getting it wrong. Not hard to understand the order specially when you say it clearly 5 diffrent times of 2 dogs with grilled onions and 1 dog with grilled onions and cheese, 2 large lemonades and 1 large onion ring. You would think the lady who appeared to be the manger would assist since she was 2 feet away and looking over just stood there annoyed. Until on the 5th read back I said theres no reason why I should repeat my order 5 times and on each read back its completely wrong...Even though its a franchise store I will be emailing Nathan's directly as well...

Really impressed with the service. Price was realistic. First time trying this fare having come from Australia. Would probably get used to the steak being ground, over time. All in all a pleasant lunch.

Food sucked ass it looked nothing like the picture, supposed to be sliced bits of ribeye but looked more like ground beef from target, the workers put no effort either and one of them came off as pretentious laughing when I asked what’s in the sht sandwich I ordered. Thankfully i’ve got Popeye’s next to it for my consolation. 0/10 garbage just garbage.

The burger was the most disappointing thing I’ve ever opened, the meat looked microwaved and the cheese was cold and just thrown on there. The fries were the only redeeming part. Also overpriced for what I got.

Jeremias quickly took my order of NY cheesestake and a classic lemonade. They cooked it right away, so the wait was minimal. I mean after paying, Jeremias gave me my lemonade and after moving to the corner of the shop, my order number was called. I do recommend this sandwich, it's meat was juicy, medium (nothing red) and the bread was worm because of the beef. Lemonade was delicious too. They take pride on their lemonade and NY cheesestake, and let me share with you that they are great on that. Strongly recommended!!

very expensive, staff, very friendly at all. you ask for a cabbage salad, you will see the photos. I totally advise against it, it is not good. Try it especially very expensive. The worst is that when Americans come to Paris, they have the nerve to say that Paris is expensive.

On September 21, 2024 I came to this location and wanted to invite my friend for lunch. I order cheese fries, however the fries were half cooked & soggy, and the cheese sauce was very salty. I had paid $6.90 which I would spend somewhere else next time . My friend also mentioned that the cheese sauce was salty & her fries were soggy as well . I remembered coming to this location in the 90s and it was better served and the manager was on site this time no manager to be seen. I definitely won’t be coming back. ?
