If I could this restaurant a zero I would. They are absolutely rude and hang up on you. We placed an order hours in advance and we called to see when it will be delivered as the delivery time has already passed, and they yelled at us, and told us they are busy, and they haven't even made the order and they don't have a delivery person available and too bad so sad. They clearly don't care, and have no customer service whatsoever. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT ORDER AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Nasty Food Nasty Service. Why are these people even in business? Ordered for delivery. God, everyone was sooo surly. Should have just hung up there, but made the mistake of trying to communicate with them. Food came - totally inedible. Ordered 2 chicken dishes and a beef noodle dish. Rice was hard as sand, noodles were greasy and disgusting and barely any meat in any of it. Not even the dog would eat it, and he eats poop.

Its sad to leave a bad review especially since i may come back here. The chicken / meat size in your portion is very small but the taste is good. Mashgiach didnt look too frum and was sitting quietly reading a newspaper. However, uncleanliness and attitude of the workers is disgusting. I came in to pick up my order today and was standing and waiting for it. The lady behind plexiglass takes a napkin to wipe her nose, ok i thought at least she turned away from me to do it, then she proceeds to wipe the counter with that same napkin and then she wipes off a container lid that got some sauce on it with that same napkin (she wiped it on both sides) and then placed it back on the shelf to be given to the next customer. Ewww!

The restaurant was dirty and no in door dining. I ordered beef chow mien and there was barely any meat and no noodles!? When I went back in the store I showed the cashier the dish and the picture of the dish on their website clearly showing noddles being includes. They didn’t care to address the issue. Don’t bother going to this place, zero customer service and low quality
Don’t waste your time going over there, as soon as you walk in they start screaming at you like you owe them something, after you’re finally done with your order they tell you that they don’t accept credit cards….customer service is a Big NO NO over there……

My favorite place for Kosher Chinese closed last year & I’ve been looking for a new place since. This spot is definitely up there. The food was yummy, fresh & somehow stayed hot on my 45min drive home. They have GLUTEN FREE options (not on menu, need to ask) which is such a big plus! They only offer a white sauce for GF options, would be nice if they had a GF brown sauce as well.

Wouldn't honor the free delivery though I'm only 8 miles. Delivery guy was really rude when I tried to show him what website said and started yelling. Food was okay but service was horrible. Go to West Orange

I'm shocked the place was so disgusting it looked like a dump they didn't have a normal cash register, i ordered chikin with broccoli and rice,Let's just say it was the WORST chikin i'v EVER had it had no taste, felt like rubber couldn't chew it, and that's besides for the fact that there was a majority of broccoli then chikin wich was a big disappointment, and then when I called and very nicely tried to speak with them they were very nasty ?DONT GO TO THIS STORE!
