I had to come to a chicken shack when I got to Jersey, IYKYK. I read all the reviews about how good the pizza and chicken were and I had to try because it was close to my hotel plus they are open 24 hours. The cheese pizza was DELICIOUS. the cheese was sliding off with a nice crisp crust, just how I love it. The fried chicken was EVEN BETTER. Just fried to perfection. With perfectly seasoned French fries. Mannnnnn, oh man. It took about 10 minutes, there were tables inside. They all had soda, juice and ice cream for order. You have different options for pizza and chicken options.

Tired and weary from a 4 hr flight, we got into Newark at 12am. We asked the, at first, grumpy car rental lady if she wanted to go eat with us at White Castle. “OMG, they’re traaaash now,” she said to our horror. She recommended this place and bless her, with her now cheerful disposition (I assume it was because I offered to beat anyone who was rude to her).Being from Arizona, we were not prepared for the treacherous journey to satiate our hunger. But we did conquer the wild roads at now 1am.We were greeted by a cheerful cashier who took our order, thinking nothing of our disheveled looks. We peered around and it had come up that we were from out of state, tired, hungry and terrified of the parking situation we had just faced.We didn’t order the chicken, but had we known it was the best dish on their menu, we would have! He brought us out complementary chicken with some biscuits. My partner and I ravaged the piping hot food and it wasn’t the best fried chicken we had had because we were hungry, but because it was moist, crunchy and flavorful.Thank you! We worried that NJ would be full of creeps, but our first meeting was such a pleasant one, it filled not just our bellies, but our hearts.

Lots and lots to choose from. I think it's 24 hours. Saw may be 20-30 customers rotate within 15 mins I was there ( I ordered alot). They had more than 7 people working and serving so customer service was great.

The food was so tasty! The kids had cheesesteaks and my husband and I had lamb gyro platters and they were amazing! The portions were huge and the meat had great flavor. We ended with the most amazing banana pudding I've ever had! The service was great too; they were super friendly.

I ordered the chicken platter....it was amazing..it came with a soda which I needed. I also ordered the dollar pita lol it was worth it. I had to write this because they gave 3 sauces for the food that was needed . A place where they aren't cheap...I will order again on my next layover.

100% the best ? pizza I’ve ever had!! I found this ?place by mistake. I’m from New Orleans when I visit a friend and missed the exit to the airport ✈️. Had a little time to spare so stopped in at New York fried chicken ?& ? pizza. Honestly didn’t pay attention to the name until doing the review, or else I would ordered some fried ? chicken as well.While at the restaurant. )Total mom and pop family ran joint.) there were several people coming and going. When I saw the pizza ? in the window i knew that’s what I wanted! Boy did I make the right decision!There was a small table inside but seemed to be more for people waiting for the food. ?There was a line. They move quickly. So I took it to go. I sat in my ? car in the parking lot. Chowing down! Which was incredible! ❤️The pizza was the perfect temperature where the cheese ? was melting but not pulling completely off the bread. Every bite was fantastic. ?I had to bring some home to my kids so I took brought a couple slices ??on the plane. Wasn’t sure if I could take it past security. He teased ??and said he had to take it because it was from New York Fried Chicken & Pizza. ?So yes!! 100% recommend!! I will be bringing my kids there on our next trip to New Jersey! (I couldn’t resist! I ate their pizza ? on the ✈️ plane) ?Parking: Lots of customers coming and going. You’ll find a park.
