The owner behind the counter is always in a miserable mood. If you hate the job, why even open up the place to begin with? Getting mad at your customers cuz they’re placing orders is a bad look. Place opened up relatively recently (within the last two years I believe) and been a terrible experience every time I go in there. Aside from the fact it’s expensive as hell for the sub par quality you’re getting. Order dominos instead.

The old men at the register is rude ! He always wants you to not say anything and just eat whatever he wants you to eat ! That's no okay is customer wants the pizza crispy it should be done that way ! And not have an attitude for that or make faces in front of you ! I have gave him many chances no chance in him .

Pros: Food was good. I ordered a Tossed Salad and a 14 inch pizza with 1/2 extra cheese. Cons: Prices on my bill were not the same as menu. Delivery fee was not the same as menu. See pictures. Pizza didn’t come with any packets of red pepper or parmesan cheese. When I called to question difference they said I may have old menu. The delivery driver had a stack of the same menus that I had and told me that mine was the new one.

I had an awful experience at this place. I ordered a pizza that arrived burnt—completely inedible. When I called to address the issue, I was told to send a picture. After doing so, they called back and had the nerve to say the pizza wasn’t burnt but “crispy.” Instead of offering to make things right, they dismissively asked, “What do you want me to do about it?”
It got worse. They told me I needed to dig the pizza out of the garbage if I wanted a refund. Yes, the pizza was already in my outside trash can. I refused to pick it out of the nasty garbage bin for them to inspect—how unhygienic and ridiculous!
I decided to let them keep the money, but I will never eat here again. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to accommodate their customer is astounding. I will continue to share this experience to warn others. Avoid this place at all costs.

Just stayed for a night at fairfield inn before flying out tmrw and front desk recommended. Kinda wish we had one more night- pizza is delicious. Crust is the best I've had in years. Pepperoni and roasted peppers w/ a cannoli
The pizza here is fantaaric! We went on a Sunday evening, and it was very busy with a constant stream of call-in orders and walk-ins. It is obviously very popular, and with good reason. Itwas one of the best pizzas I've ever had.

Awful experience. Okay food with a touch of strange. It took an hour to receive our food because the person who was supposed to monitor online orders didn’t do that. So, the order confirmation said it would be ready in 25 minutes and it hadn’t even been started when we got there. The grilled chicken salad was good. Freshly made and the chicken was flavorful. The chicken parm pizza was fine. But the “plain” steak and cheese sub contained the oddest set of ingredients and we tossed it: shaved steak, a chicken tender, a mozzarella stick, french fries, and a weird sweet sauce that may have been honey mustard. The whole thing was strange, and not in a good way.
Overall, it was not a good experience at all. If the food had been better we may have given more stars. But after an hour wait, the food was just okay and the parking situation was a non-existent nightmare.
Parking: There was no parking at all. If we didn’t have two people to pick up - one to go in and one to double park and/or drive around until the order was done - we would not have been able to pick up our order.
