Pizza quality was poor. Served unprepared pizza. I have to put half back in oven. Staff seem tried, he made mistake gave me another person receipt instead of minds then the pizza did not meet the standard.It is Icy night so I did not return it and had to put it back in my oven for 10 mins. I am disappointed.

Dead roaches on the floor and even though it was just remodeled the customer service still is horrible. Waited 40 mins for our pizza when it was in the heater all done for that entire time. Horrible experience.

I was craving a 1990s Pizza Hut pizza 🍕 this was not it. Nowhere near. I had barely any sauce on the pizza. $44 and no sauce? I know times are tough but never again…we aren’t in Cuba anymore.

Terrible customer service. I went in last week order a pie online but DIDNT PAY. As I got there and they showed me the pie it was dry like very dry I realized I ordered the wrong kind. They tried to make me pay for AND TAKE THE PIE. The manager was rude! Terrible customer service that’s not how you treated people. I worked in cs for years! You’re not suppose to make somebody pay for something they don’t want! Plain & simple. Never in my life witnessed nothing like that!

We just ordered pizza and chicken wings today . Spend almost more than $50. All food is wastage . Can’t even eat . One of worst pizza hut is this one . Pizza is cold and very hard to eat . I waste my money , I’m recommending to all of people to do not come here or don’t even order here , so that you don’t waste your money in this bullshit pizza place . Thank you guys
